Monthly Rentals in Toledo City

Having a place that is clean is very important to me and Arnold’s place is sparkly clean!! Well-maintained and does not have the harsh smell of cleaning chemicals. The place even looked better than the photos, well-lit, and felt homey and comfortable! The pretty furnitures and lamps are huge bonuses. Will definitely be back!

Nice little location in Balamban, a bit tricky to find but the host included directions to get there. Also offered a few modes of transportation. Thanks again for hosting us.

A perfect place to stay in Minglanilla that’s within a few minutes away from Gaisano Grand Mall. We liked the nice decor in the unit and balcony, which look exactly like the pictures you’ll see on here. We were provided with all of the amenities. And our host Anne was immediately responsive about any inquiries we had. Anne even provided extra garbage bags very quickly when we required more. Additionally, the unit is located in a clean and guarded town square — away from the noises of the main highway. Great restaurants, such as the Americano Grille, and a laundromat are literally a few steps away from the unit in the town square.
