We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Fausto. With a translation app, everything was communicated to us. I think his friendly face makes everyone happy.😀 An atmospheric enclosed garden where our 2 large dogs had a wonderful time. Very nice that there was air conditioning available. The bed was great! Nothing was missing. Oh yes, the cheese slicer😀😀, but that is often missing abroad😀. The house is located within a small complex that could be closed. The sea can be reached within 7 minutes by car. It's not busy at all this time of year. We had 30 degrees and blue sky for 1 week. Fausto responds almost immediately to your questions. We visited: caves, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme and the sea. We would recommend this house!

Back at the cottage for the second year in a row, I don't have much to say, everything wonderful as usual... and I'll be back

Loretta was very helpful and kind, she offered us much more than was included in the package (water, fruit and sweets). The cottage is well maintained and tidy with ample parking and a beautiful garden full of flowers and plants.

We loved our stay at Tiziana's Airbnb and would have been great to stay an additional day. The home is well equipped and the host is very kind. The center of montefalco is quite close and the views from the terrace are lovely.

Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped for cooking and spending relaxing moments in the living room and garden. From the house you can walk for beautiful walks in the surroundings; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available host; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year's Eve in her home and recommend it to everyone.

It was the 2nd time we stayed here and it was great again. Next year again:) The asparagus was very tasty! Thanks, and see you soon

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

It is such a glorious place. We were stunned, and so happy and calm for the three days we had there. The landscape around the house, and the waterfall, was breathtaking. Thank you Ella and all the family!

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

I'm speechless, Catia is a super friendly person, super attentive, I had a spectacular time. Everything that is said is offered and more! And I really appreciate the flexibility of check-in and check-out given my situation. I promise to return in less than a month, even if it's to spend the day. Thank you!

Wow!! What a beautiful place. We had a very relaxing stay at La càna. The location is amazing and peaceful. Paola was very accomodating and provided lots of suggestions for exploring the surrounding region. Her family (including x3 dogs) were very friendly but also respectful of our space and privacy. Wine, tart and fruit on arrival was appreciated after driving to our destination. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, walking through the vineyards and exploring / eating at the surrounding towns. It was also nice to cook for ourselves at La càna a couple of nights and enjoy the beautiful view. Highly recommend!

The description is exactly at the house. Lots of privacy. Fantastic view. Very clean and very friendly host. Warmly welcomed upon arrival and a clear explanation. There are two real booklets made with tips to do in the area. Furthermore, the private chef is highly recommended. Super good food and learned a lot about Italian cuisine. Patience with cooking is the magic word. Simple, but oh so tasty. Luca is a really friendly chef. The house is cozily furnished with all amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden and pool (partly because of the very nice weather). Despite the time of the year and water temperature 18 degrees, we regularly sat around the pool and were able to have a drink and swim. We can't wait to go again. Beautiful, peaceful, quaint accommodations! Francesca was so friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The kids enjoyed the pool and toys in the playroom. Everything was wonderful. Wish we’d had more time there!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. 1600’s construction, modern kitchen and baths, comfortable beds and sitting areas, with a pool and view that you will never want to leave. We loved every minute of our stay. Even better than this home is its owner. Reilly was helpful throughout all of our planning. Even finding a last minute driver for my late arriving daughter. His activity and restaurant suggestions were spot on and he was a generous with his time. We hope to return often.

Even before we left the UK Fabio had made contact and made sure that everything was in place for our visit. On arrival the house and the views are stunning. The house is very large and spacious. It is very well equipped with everything we could have needed. It has a very large garden with the most stunning views. The garden is also gated which gives reassurance and secure parking. Alessia's accommodation is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of the beautiful Marche hills, a place to restore body and spirit, just what we needed. The rooms are fresh and clean, we never had to turn on the air conditioning even though it was very hot during the day. Don't miss the large hot tub with views of the hills and the sea, at sunset after a day at the beach or even after dinner with the stylishly lit garden. Alessia was very kind and caring, always available but never intrusive, her sympathy and sensitivity were helpful at a difficult time for us, thank you very much for this! As soon as we have the chance, we will definitely return.

Thank you for this great stay! Unfortunately, we were only there for one night and were sad when we had to leave, because we would have liked to stay longer. The accommodation is super equipped and very clean, you just feel right at home! The bed was so good and comfortable that we slept incredibly restfully for 11 hours without interruption:) The view and the property are really something special and extremely quiet, perfect for true relaxation and to let the soul wander. Our personal highlight was the fireflies we could watch on the property late in the evening and Joy, the farm dog, who is incredibly sweet and well-behaved. We were perfectly cared for by André and Valentina. They were very likeable and extremely helpful. We really felt very comfortable and would like to come back :)

The apartment was exactly as described: * very clean. * very quiet (pedestrian street). * everything was provided for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was close to the sea, port, shops and restaurants. We hope to be able to return in the summer next year.

Salvina and Giovanni were fantastic. They welcomed us with affection, prepared the house with great care and excellent hospitality! They did it with a kind heart and soul, thank you very much! The house enjoys a panoramic view of the sea, the interiors have everything you need and one of the best features is the outdoor shower (the view remains unbeatable)! Very clean environment! Numana is a small, typical, and charming town, the pebble beaches are well maintained, and the sea is clean and pleasant. Highly recommended!!!

Our stay was fantastic. Our host was full of good information and super kind and on the ball. The appartment is a quick walk from the elevator that takes you up to the old city. Park is right in the street for free or in a parking lot 5min walk. It was perfect for outlr stay.

Typical Italian house, modern and stylishly furnished, every detail has been thought out with the comfort of the guest in mind.. Picturesque location and good base to discover the beautiful places of Umbria. But what was very special was how warmly and sincerely hospitable our host Luca took care of us throughout the stay. Homemade cake (thanks to the mother-in-law) and delicious wine at the reception was an illustration of this. Good tips about the region and restaurants. In short, this cottage is highly recommended.
