Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Tolentino

U Massimo czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wszystko bylo takie jak powinno a nawet lepiej. Dom był duży, przestronny i bardzo czysty. Idealny dla naszej czteroosobowej rodziny plus psa. Miejsce jest położone zdala od zabudowań, więc można było odpocząć w spokoju. Ogród był duży idealny do spędzania czasu na świeżym powietrzu i do tego duży i czysty basen w którym można było się schłodzić w upalne dni. Kontak z Massimo był bez zastrzeżeń. Zawsze odpisywał w ciągu kilku minut i jak coś potrzebowaliśmy zawsze był do dyspozycji. W kuchni były podstawowe produkty spożywcze aby po długiej drodze zrobić sobie kawę i coś zjeść. Do tego dostaliśmy przepyszne wino, i jak tylko brakło zawsze przywoził nowe. W ostatni dzień na śniadanie dostaliśmy pyszne rogaliki. Bardzo polecam ten dom. Wszystko bylo idealne. I mamy nadzieję że jeszcze tam wrócimy.

Meteen bij aankomst werden we begroet door Fausto. Met een vertaal app werd ons alles medegedeeld. Zijn vriendelijke gezicht maakt iedereen volgens mij blij.😀 Een sfeervolle omheinde tuin waar onze 2 grote honden het heerlijk hebben gehad. Heel fijn dat er airco aanwezig was. Het bed lag super! Er ontbrak niets. O ja, de kaasschaaf 😀😀, maar die ontbreekt vaak in het buitenland😀. Het huis bevind zich binnen een klein complex wat afgesloten kon worden. De zee is binnen 7 minuten met auto te bereiken. Het is er totaal niet druk deze tijd van het jaar. We hebben 1 week 30 graden en blauwe lucht gehad. Fausto reageert bijna direct op je vragen. We bezochten: grotten, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme en de zee. We raden dit huis aan!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Ilaria et sa maman. les explications ont été parfaites et complètes. Le logement était conforme à la description, grand, propre, calme et bien équipé. Les environs sont magnifiques. merci pour tout.

Siamo stati veramente bene a Villa Eden, dal momento del nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Tiziana calorosamente facendoci sentire subito a casa, ci ha dato consigli e ci anche aiutato a trovare un ristorante per cenare. la casa è decorata con gusto e curata in ogni dettaglio , pulita e ben attrezzata di tutto. la posizione è perfetta per visitare i vari luoghi del Umbria. La casa di Alba si trova in una zona splendida nelle colline marchigiane in provincia di Macerata: la casa è confortevole, ben attrezzata per cucinare e passare momenti rilassanti in soggiorno e giardino. È possibile dalla casa spostarsi a piedi per belle passeggiate nei dintorni; centri abitati con negozi e ristoranti sono raggiungibili in una decina di minuti di macchina. Alba è un’ospite gentile e sempre disponibile; abbiamo trascorso nella sua casa un bellissimo capodanno rustico e la raccomandiamo a tutti.

Abbiamo passato 8 notti in questa splendida casetta immersa negli ulivi, con una vista spettacolare e comoda a raggiungere tutti i punti d'interesse in breve tempo! Raffaele è stato super disponibile e ci ha fornito un sacco di consigli utili! Non ci è mai capitato di trovare un host così gentile! La nostra vacanza non poteva andare meglio! Un pezzettino del nostro cuore è rimasto lì ❤️

Che dire? Tutto è andato a perfezione. La casa è deliziosa, grande, comoda, con una vista sui colli che digradano a mare che... fa stare molto bene. Il luogo è epicentro perfetto per chi vuole "miscelare" mare con escursioni giornaliere alla scoperta di tutta la bellezza di questa terra.

Amazing and peaceful stay in the heart of Umbria!

Sono stati due giorni fantastici, I colori dell’infinito sono una realtà a conduzione familiare veramente piacevole; l’alloggio e i servizi offerti rispecchiano la descrizione e il prezzo pagato. La piscina fantastica e non solo, ci sono altri numerosi spazi aperti da poter sfruttare. Da apprezzare anche la disponibilità dei proprietari che ci hanno accolto calorosamente e ci hanno offerto anche un mini aperitivo. Ci ritornei volentieri!

Wow!! What a beautiful place. We had a very relaxing stay at La càna. The location is amazing and peaceful. Paola was very accomodating and provided lots of suggestions for exploring the surrounding region. Her family (including x3 dogs) were very friendly but also respectful of our space and privacy. Wine, tart and fruit on arrival was appreciated after driving to our destination. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, walking through the vineyards and exploring / eating at the surrounding towns. It was also nice to cook for ourselves at La càna a couple of nights and enjoy the beautiful view. Highly recommend!

De omschrijving klopt precies bij het huis. Heel veel privacy. Fantastisch uitzicht. Heel schoon en erg vriendelijke host. Bij aankomst hartelijk welkom geheten en een duidelijke uitleg. Er zijn twee echte boekjes gemaakt met tips om te doen in de omgeving. Verder is de private chef een echte aanrader. Super lekker gegeten en een hoop geleerd over de Italiaanse keuken. Geduld met koken is het toverwoord. Eenvoudig, maar o zo lekker. Luca is een heel vriendelijke chef. Het huis is heel gezellig ingericht met alle voorzieningen. We hebben (mede door het hele mooie weer) heerlijk kunnen genieten van de tuin en het zwembad. Ondanks de tijd van het jaar en watertemperatuur 18 graden, hebben we regelmatig rond het zwembad gezeten en heerlijk kunnen borrelen en zwemmen. We kunnen niet wachten om weer te gaan. We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. 1600’s construction, modern kitchen and baths, comfortable beds and sitting areas, with a pool and view that you will never want to leave. We loved every minute of our stay. Even better than this home is its owner. Reilly was helpful throughout all of our planning. Even finding a last minute driver for my late arriving daughter. His activity and restaurant suggestions were spot on and he was a generous with his time. We hope to return often.

Unfassbar schön! Wunderschöne Umgebung, tolle Wohnung, aber das beste waren definitiv die Gastgeber! Wir wurden so herzlich aufgenommen, dass wir am liebsten nie mehr gegangen wären! Mille grazie a Pia e Ennio per tutto! Siete meravigliosi!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Luciano and his family could not have been more helpful!! The view was amazing and house's wifi worked great as well. The town is less than t minutes away and ot was nice for us to have such a private place to stay as a quite respot while on our italian tour.

Between Spello being so charming and the property being so perfectly formed and positioned, my week long stay was wonderful! The full kitchen got a workout (using fabulous local ingredients) and finding some herbs, teabags etc in the pantry was a bonus. The views out the window kept catching my eye - just so peaceful and typically Umbrian. I hope to return one day.

L’alloggio del signor Fabio si è rivelato perfetto per le nostre esigenze di spostarci con l’auto tra Marche e Umbria con le nostre famiglie (che includono 4 bimbi). Gli spazi sono davvero ampi e confortevoli ed è presente tutto ciò che serve con alcuni extra piacevolissimi (tavolo da Ping pong e calcio balilla). L’accoglienza è stata resa perfetta dalla signora Liana che ci ha spiegato tutto chiaramente, si è mostrata sempre disponibile ed ha risolto brillantemente un inconveniente verificatosi con la caldaia. Facile da raggiungere, in posizione riservata ma non isolata e con parcheggio privato davanti all’ingresso. Super consigliato.

La realtà di questo alloggio ha superato di molto le mie aspettative! Gli spazi interni sono curati e impeccabili a livello di pulizia, inoltre sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari come lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina del caffè e un ottimo set di pentole. Ovviamente il punto forte della casa è poi la vasca idromassaggio vista mare, che concede momenti di relax immersi tra le colline della zona. Alessia è stata un host molto gentile e disponibile, offrendoci anche un piatto di ciliege appena colte dai loro alberi. Grazie ancora e a presto!

Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt! Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort und waren traurig als wir schon abreisen mussten, denn wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber, man fühlt sich einfach direkt wohl und wie zuhause! Das Bett war so gut und bequem dass wir ohne Unterbrechung 11 Stunden unglaublich erholsam geschlafen haben:) Der Ausblick und das Grundstück sind wirklich etwas besonders und extrem ruhig, perfekt für wahre Entspannung und um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Unser persönliches Highlight waren die Glühwürmchen die wir am späten Abend auf dem Grundstück beobachten konnten und Joy, die Hofhündin, die unglaublich süß und gut erzogen ist. Wir wurden perfekt von André und Valentina umsorgt. Sie waren sehr sympathisch und extrem hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen :)

Cristina was very responsive and always answered questions. The home was lovely and perfect for our short stay. We were surprised to find the pantry stocked with food, so we were so grateful! Thank you so much- defo recommend!!

L'appartement correspondait exactement à la description : * très propre. * très calme (rue piétonne). * tout était prévu pour la cuisine, la salle de bain et la chambre. Il se situait à proximité de la mer, du port, des commerces et des restaurants. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner en été l'année prochaine.

Lovely place in the countryside to visit all the attractions around it. A step away from the city after a busy day out......a tranquil retreat. Matteo and his lovely wife had provided a lovely welcoming bottle of wine for when we arrived. An extra bonus in our opinion would be a toaster and a kettle....(now remember we're from New Zealand.....lol😁)
