I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment in the heart of San Sebastián’s Old Town. The location couldn’t have been better—steps away from the best pintxo bars, the beach, and all the charm the city has to offer. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the host. They went above and beyond in every possible way—genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. When I accidentally left behind a personal item, the host not only found it but promptly arranged to have it sent back to me without hesitation. That level of hospitality is rare and so appreciated.

Super friendly and proactive owners with good communication (via app and English). They received us personally and gave many good tips for the beautiful surroundings. The place and view is amazing! Las Bardenas Réales is more than worth the far trip! Unique! Pili & Victor: A deep bow!

It was better than expected!!! We always look for super hosts or traveler recommendations for our trips because it is a symbol of guarantee. The accommodation was ideal for my family, the detail of the breakfast products was a success and more than expected. There was nothing missing. We were going to a soccer tournament and we had to take the car every day to go to the fields, so the location was not significant for us the subway was close and to go to Bilbao to visit it was ideal. Highly Recommended☺️😜

This was a lovely apartment and very suitable for a group of five people. It’s in a great location with easy access to all the central attractions, including bars, cafes and restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and useful.

The apartment is a cute, very modern, and very clean. A good sofa, big smart TV (different from how it comes out in the photos! it's now in front of the bed, and it's bigger), good wifi, kitchen with microwave and oven, toaster, dishwasher, toaster... For putting something, we missed there was gel/shampoo. Otherwise, very equipped. It is true that it is next to two pubs that can make noise in the evenings, but I personally was not bothered by anything because I usually sleep with caps and I didn't know anything. 2 envelopes of de facto plugs are provided. Everything was great

A great quiet stay, nice large and clean accommodation. You will feel right at home. Virginia is a superhost, friendly, attentive and hospitable. Recommend.

Really relaxed stay, lovely garden area to look on to, very close to small shop, pizza place (looked brand new) Boulangier and restaurant. also lovely down to quinguette by the river.

We spent a night with my parents in this charming old farmhouse in the heart of the Basque Country. Surrounded by greenery, horses, cows and sheep, we were completely disoriented, a real breath of fresh air in the countryside! The accommodation is very cute and the environment soothing. The host was very welcoming: he received us in person and even offered us Basque pâté, a delicate attention that touched us a lot, thank you very much!

Very good stay at Clo and Alex's. A very good location to be in peace. This stretch of water is also very peaceful. The bungalow is very comfortable and large with good bedding. I would recommend it in a second.

Very clean and pleasant apartment, with all the necessities, having towels and sheets is an undeniable plus. The residence is well maintained, the staff friendly and daily activities offered. Helen kept us well informed of where to park and arrival instructions. We arrived later than expected due to car issues and she arranged for a lovely helpful friend to meet us. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped, with everything that you could need plus lots of extra touches. There was milk, Beer, water and soft drink in the fridge which was appreciated and plenty of tea/ coffee and condiments if needed. The apartment was spacious and everywhere smelt clean and inviting. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Helens place

Very warm welcome, nice small accommodation, small outdoor terrace, quiet and pleasant. Our too short stay gave us complete satisfaction . We recommend this beautiful place close to beaches and shops.

The apartment is ideally located 2 min from the ocean, 5 min drive from St Jean de Luz, with 2 underground parking spaces. The large terrace is really nice and the view overlooking the mountains is really great. The beds are comfortable and it is very well equipped! We were 3 adults and 6 children and it was perfect! The neighborhood is very kind of you. The owner is lovely. Nothing negative to say, if we go back to the area we will come back.

Great stay in St Jean de Luz! The apartment is great: well located on the heights of St Jean with a beautiful panorama from the terrace, very quiet, very good location to explore the Basque country; JP is very welcoming, the apartment is perfect, very clean, very well equipped, the terrace with the plancha as a bonus!
