The former chipboard factory once built sauna and accommodation facilities for its guests on the shores of Lake Orivesi. The main house is about 150 square meters. After that, an atmospheric hut, a peat-roofed smoke sauna and a cozy lean-to have been built there. Majoitu keskellä Kiteetä, torin kulmalla, kaikki palvelut on kävelymatkan päässä. Talo on 50-luvulta ja sisustus 90- luvulta. Makuuhuoneessa parisänky ja olohuoneessa kaksi 80 cm sänkyä. Lisävuodemahdollisuus kahdelle 10cm patjoilla.Keittiö on retro nykyaikaisilla koneilla kuitenkin.Wc pieni mutta puhdas ja siisti. Suihkutilat on alakerrassa, yhteiset toisen huoneiston kanssa, lukittava ovi. Puuvillaiset Marimekon vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet pestään hajustamattomalla pesuaineella ja mankeloidaan.

Höytiäisen rannalla olevassa mökissä saat viettää lomaa ainutlaatuisen järvimaiseman äärellä. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja näkymä järvelle. Lattialämmitys ja takka lämmittävät talvella. Ruuan valmistaminen Airfryerillä, mikrossa tai terassilla kaasugrillillä. Juomaveden saa suoraan keittiön hanasta. Vieraan käytössä on koko mökki, jossa nukkumatilat kahdelle, sauna, wc ja pieni keittiö. Ilmalämpöpumppu takaa sopivan sisälämpötilan. Keskustaan 13km. Ruokakauppoihin 8 km.

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
