The place is fresh with a beach theme, lots of natural light and a peaceful white, cream and aqua decor. The space is open and welcoming and very clean. Everything you need to feel at home is there. Kitchen is sort of divided which is great for containing heat when running the oven or stove on a hot day. Loved having a dishwasher. Air conditioning in all spaces. Spiral staircase to second floor is a bit tight but also fun and different. The neighborhood is sort of tucked away so it is quieter than other areas in a town that can get very busy in the summer. We were off season so it was very quiet. It’s an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk or bay sides of the peninsula. Grocery store about 1 mile away. Chris responded in minutes to any question and was very helpful. Would love to come back!

Super simple to find the location, and quick to get to once you cross over into Seaside Heights. Seaside Heights isn't huge, so it's generally walkable to the boardwalk, amusement park, etc. Cute house. We ran out of toilet paper the last night but then again didn't ask about where to find or get more. Otherwise the place was good for our group of people. There's a quaint backyard with a sitting area, but the weather really did not cooperate to use it. There beach chairs for your use as well. The coffee maker in the house is a K-cup machine, and if you plan to cook a lot you may want to bring your own chef's knife. The kitchen isn't huge in terms of work space. I suspect most people including our group will eat out most of the time. There's plenty of food options along the shore, or over across the bridge. All in all it was a fun comfortable stay.

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

This was our second stay here and we had a lovely time. The space is spotless and all the amenities are as described. We love the outdoor space and the proximity to the boardwalk/beach. It's close enough that it's a quick walk but not so close that it's noisy. Island Beach State Park is a quick drive away. We will stay again in the future!

This home was so stunning and so close to the boardwalk!! Sleeps SO MANY and everything was spotless. Michael was amazing and responsive and always sent clear instructions on everything. 10/10 we will stay again if we come back to the area!

My group and I felt right at home and it was extremely cozy :) we had so much fun using the kayaks and fireplace and we loved the upstairs room with the two bunk beds looking over the whole house! Definitely recommend ❤️

Quick great stay. The place was clean. Beach passes provided free of charge which was a great amenity! The location of this place was perfect! It was in walking distance of all the bars, restaurants, boardwalk and beach. The bed was comfy. There was a Roku tv. A few things to note: two of us stayed here and we were only provided 2 bath towels. There wasn’t any hand towels, rags, no towel to put on the floor or a bath mat to step on so we had to step on paper towels so we didn’t soak the floor. There was a few rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. I read other reviews that basic necessities are lacking and I do feel this is still an issue. Lastly, the first day we booked the airbnb we asked about early check in but the host never responded. We asked again the morning of as I know this depends on cleaning/check outs but the host could not state why they couldn’t accommodate. Overall, we made it work and would stay again, just bring some of our own stuff from home!

Anneke’s place was fantastic. Although the weather wasn’t in our favor, the place itself was very pleasant and felt like a new home. Anneke was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We hope to book again in the future!

Super cute apartment that’s super close to the boardwalk and various restaurants. Carmen was fantastic with communicating and answered any and every question. Check in was super easy and smooth! We were met at the apartment, shown parking spots, and given a code to gain access to the apartment. Check out was just as easy!

Perfect stay for 3-4 people. Two wonderful spacious bedrooms. The host is exceptionally communicative. The location is perfect

Stayed for one night, was clean and worked for our needs.

This space is exactly what was described, and I appreciated that. It's small, particularly the kitchen, but it was convenient to my work in New Brunswick, and it was a great deal compared to the other options in the area. Close to the beach, and I recommend Costa Verde, an awesome Portuguese restaurant down the road, Taco Stop for a good burrito. And Lisa's is walking distance.

Cynthia was the loveliest host and was incredibly communicative from before we arrived to the very end. She answered all our questions quickly and gave some great recommendations. It’s a great location and easy to get everywhere. Only things to mention is metered street parking near that area so may need to park elsewhere, and the stairs to get up to the apartment are a little steep, but Cynthia was helpful explaining both of these and we had a perfect time.

We loved our stay at Jeff's place! The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, the place was very clean and only a short walk to the beach. We really appreciated having access to beach badges, chairs and umbrellas! Also really appreciated Jeff accommodating an early check-in and late checkout, and offering some great restaurant recommendations.

Thoughtfully appointed and centrally located just blocks from campus, this home was the ideal stay for our short visit. We especially appreciated the nice quality bath products and small touches throughout. Would definitely stay again.

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

I can’t rave enough about this place . Super clean ans so conviently located near everything, yet quiet and private at the same time. The parking spot was a great perk too and Dawn couldn’t have been more accomodating and reaponsive. We will definately be back!

Great place and excellent location - Highly recommend… would truly stay again.

Place was impeccably clean, and just a block from the ocean. So just about perfect. Looked just like the photos. Beds were very comfortable. We had small issue with WiFi after checking in, and a little trouble getting response from John, but all was resolved early the next morning. All-in-all, it was a great stay and we will plan to stay there again if we are in the area. I highly recommend.
