Bring your family or friends to this spacious apartment in a great location in the basement of our house. Here there is a swimming area right on the down side and walking distance to both Nøtterøy Golf Course and hiking terrain as well as the coastal path Kiwi, gas station and good bus connections to Tønsberg and Tjøme are right by. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and chaise lounge ( suitable for a child to sleep on) and one with 2 single beds that can be put together. The living room and patio are west facing with sea views and sunny.

Stille og rolig villa område med 300 m til sjøen med flotte badeplasser, småbåthavn og den flotte skjærgården i Færder nasjonalpark. Mulighet for avtale om leie av gjestepass i lokal båtforening.

Modern and peaceful accommodation with a central location to Tønsberg city center. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and has a sunny balcony with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The home is 82 sqm and has a large living room with an open kitchen solution. The master bedroom and guest room have a double bed. There is also the possibility of two simple air mattresses in the bedrooms or in the living room.
