Beachfront holiday rentals in Topsail Island

We absolutely loved this Air B&B!! It was beautifully decorated and was even more spacious than the pictures seemed. Erin always responded quickly and we were invited to check in early because the house was ready early, which we really appreciated after driving over 10 hours to NC. Beach views are beautiful!! And you are right on the beach. 10/10 would highly recommend

Our stay at Jennifer's beach house was fantastic! We are local to the area and wanted a special place for our family to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday. This was perfect for our needs. The views were spectacular, and the ease of access to the beach was great. Jennifer was very accommodating and allowed for early check-in on the first day of our stay. The house was clean, organized, and well appointed. We would definitely stay again!

Staying at this Airbnb felt like a true escape. The location couldn't have been better – being mere steps from the beach was such a treat, allowing for spontaneous walks and the calming sound of the waves. It was wonderful to find such a genuinely dog-friendly place; my pups absolutely loved it, which made the stay even more enjoyable for me. The entire atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and I found the off-season to be a particularly lovely time to visit, with beautiful weather and a sense of peacefulness. The property itself had everything I could possibly need, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. Amy was fantastic – always communicative and helpful, ensuring a smooth and easy stay. While there were plenty of options for things to do in the area, I also appreciated the opportunity to simply unwind and work remotely in such a serene setting. The upper deck was my favorite spot for getting sun many hours of the day. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs and this is a favorite!

Perfect location. Everything was clean and it was well-stocked. Check-out instructions were extremely minimal, it was nice to not feel like we had to spend hours leaving like some other places. It is right next to a public beach access, so there was a lot of foot traffic, but the people moved on quickly and settled further down the beach. I wish there were screens in the windows so that we could have opened them, but the sliding door does have a screen which was nice. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Michelle’s place. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. Having rented quite a few places in the Topsail/Surf City area, my wife and I agreed that this was a top favorite. Will certainly look here for future stays.

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

The beach house was a wonderful place to stay for my family. It’s in a quiet area and is a quick walk to the beach. The house was clean and the kitchen was great for cooking. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

Very cozy little condo with a nice porch for relaxing. Very clean place and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Will be returning to this spot next year!

In a word, I would describe our stay as WONDERFUL. The easy accessibility to the beach and pool was great! Views were amazing. My wife kept saying she could not believe how clean the entire AirBNB was. Finally, we have a senior dog and the elevator was a game changer for him and for loading and unloading our stuff.

We had a great time at Rachel's condo, the place was amazing and is better than the listing shows.

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

We had an amazing time at Blue View! Our group was aged 2 and half to 83, so we have some insight to share. The stairs were difficult to manage for our older family members but we had expected that (hard to find oceanfront ranches!) But the location made it easy for the family to be on the balcony and enjoy watching the grandchild play on both the playground and the beach! The views were impressive, we slept peacefully in comfortable beds to the sound of ocean waves. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to feel right at home.

We loved staying here for the weekend. It was so clean and well maintained. It’s the perfect location between the beach and the sound. More than enough linens, towels, and amenities were there for our family. The binder full of recommendations was such a great touch. We loved it so much we booked it again for next year. We enjoyed our stay at Bee and Joe's. It looked just like the photos and everything was so clean. We took our 2 yo and 8 yo and they absolutely loved it. It felt like home and the kids room was the perfect setup with the bunk beds and trundle. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean from the condo. We could also see the ocean from the main bedroom windows. The washer and dryer were very handy. The location is amazing and close to so many places to eat. It's very close to Surf City and other great surrounding areas. The beach is literally steps away and made it so easy to go back to the condo if we happened to leave something behind or someone had to use the restroom. Bee and Joe were very responsive. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Carmen was wonderful to work with! The only downside was there was really no beach with high tide due to erosion. We made the best of it and found a public access a little further away and had a great time. The place was adorable and we felt incredibly safe the whole time. Would definitely book this place again!

We just got back from a wonderful stay at Betsy's place. The ocean was right outside of our balcony. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The beach gave up wonderful shell and smooth stone treasures. We had a great time and definitely will return here again.

We had a great family vacation with our kiddos! The house is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. The outdoor shower and easy access to the beach were perfect! We instantly felt at home and Ronnie was a great host. Would recommend this spot to anyone wanting a relaxing, low-key, beach vacation.

Janine was an accommodating and communicative host! The space was clean and had awesome air conditioning (such a plus at the beach!). Awesome location just a few miles North of the Surf City bridge, and on a beautiful stretch of beach. Amazing deck! Would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location is truly spectacular. 30 seconds and you’re on a quiet beach. Laura was probably the kindest and most responsive host I’ve had through Airbnb. Check-in was a breeze. The place was very clean and exactly as described. Would 100% stay again.

Stayed here with a couple girlfriends for a ladies getaway trip. The place was clean and comfortable. It was wonderful being so close to the beach! The tiki bar across the street was an awesome addition and gave us something fun to do in the evening. The only note is that the lock on the front door was a bit finicky and you have to turn the door handle upwards to open it - took us a minute to figure that out haha!

Beautiful house with breathtaking views! Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and more. Hosts were very informative and responsive. We rent in Queens Grant a lot due to the easy access with the boat and this may be our new favorite house there!
