A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Stone house on Urla Sanat Street

Our small stone house consists of two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. There is a double bed in one room and a 1.20 wide bed in the other. All the ingredients, including the moka pot, where you can make your tea and coffee, Chado brand herbal tea varieties, black tea, filter coffee, Turkish coffee and water are complimentary. There are disposable slippers, towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We hope you have a pleasant time in the courtyard of our house, which is 100 m from the art street, surrounded by trees ✨

You can have a peaceful and pleasant time in our tiny house with a garden and a large veranda, surrounded by trees and flowers in Torasan, 4 minutes from the free beach and 10 minutes from the paid beach, and benefit from the fresh and natural vegatables in our garden. Barbecue!!! It is located close to Urla's touristic areas, restaurants, wineries etc. Cesme is 30 minutes away. Owner's home is close therefore quick communication is possible in case of even the smallest need or questions
