Our Villa is situated in Rovereto in Trentino, a short distance from the MART musuem and the historic city center. The harmony of larch wood and and warm colors of the walls establish the character of the ample rooms which also include a mini-kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with shower. The comfortable accommodations and expansive views of the beautiful grounds and the Adige river valley provide autonomy and the independence of a vacation combining nature and cultural activities.

Renovated in 2023, the villa "la maison sur mer" offers a breathtaking free view of Lake Garda. The architectural jewel in mid-century style is located in an exclusive private resort with a large garden and private car park. The villa has 160 square metres of living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. The villa has a large terrace with lounge and dining area, a roof terrace and a large sun terrace with daybed, all with spectacular views of the lake.
