This is definitely one of the most amazing places out of town where we have been with our family! Great layout of space and house with patio and surrounding area though both would be together and to relax separately. Really enjoyed being able to play ping pong, badminton and other games. The proximity to the water and swimming area is wonderful! Really enjoyed staying here! Thanks!

Niklas was a wonderful and very helpful host, especially the communication was excellent. The house is spacy and convenient for 6-7 people, cozy and with a great view on the water. Whatever the weather it offers lots of activities (from sauna to watersports and walks) as well as silence and comtemplation. Commerces and restaurants in Nynäshamn, about a 15 min drive away from where you park your car. This house has a soul, it particularly welcomes guests who respect and cherish the place, nature and animals. In return it offers an unforgettable time and peace of mind. We will be back.

A fantastic house in the middle of a fairy tale landscape! The beautiful typical house is located about 50 km south of Stockholm, which allows you to enjoy the benefits of the big city and at the same time live peacefully in the countryside. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, they respond to issues promptly and find a solution. The house is perfectly clean, well equipped and cozy. we were ten and were able to experience an unforgettable stay. Many thanks!

We stayed a week in the beautiful house with 3 adults and 2 children (9 y., 7 y.). We had a wonderful time in this magnificent house in this unique place. The two houses are even nicer than in the pictures. It really is all there and very well equipped and very clean. We immediately felt very comfortable. Henrik and his wife welcomed us at check-in. Since you cannot drive to the house by car, but park on the neighboring island, Henrik came with the quad and brought our luggage to the island. Throughout our stay, we were allowed to use the family's small boat for trips around the island. That was a highlight for everyone. There were also 2 kayaks and a stand-up paddle board that we could also use. We would come back any time, because we spent some really great days here!

Whatan amazing home! It is even better than on the pictures. The house is in perfect condition, so lovely and very quiet. Perfect interieur, technic and all you may wish for a relaxing stay. In all there is the main house with living area, open kitchen and dining area, a small office and two bedrooms. Two more guest houses and the gym are separatly. The view from the living area is more than beautiful. Communication with Theresa and Dennis at its best. Highly recommended and we will love to come back!

We held a company retreat and conference here, and it was fantastic! The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for both work and relaxation. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the multiple bathrooms were a major convenience for a group of our size. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for a large group including both gas and charcoal grills. The peaceful, private location with sea views and large grounds made for great team-building activities like kubb and disc golf. One of the highlights was the wood-fired sauna and the private bathing jetty, which offered a unique and refreshing way to unwind after our sessions. The property also had several cozy spots for informal discussions or quiet reflection. Cristian was a great host, and made sure we felt welcomed. We highly recommend this property for company retreats, workshops, or any group gathering that values comfort, privacy, and a beautiful setting. We’d be happy to return!

We spent three days in Mattias vacation home and enjoyed our stay. The house is well located 5-7 minutes from the beach where there is plenty to swim and a very pleasant communal sauna. The area is very residential and 20km from the town of Nynashamn, a pretty seaside resort. The equipment of the house is ok for a holiday home, no dishwasher but deer in front of the window, the toilet in the parents' room may be an inconvenience for those who come with friends but there are extra dry toilets in the garden. Mattias was very attentive and nice before during and after the stay!
