There is a dishwasher and a washing machine as well as an equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower. The roof terrace has charcoal grill and 2 began bikes. AC available. The apartment is on floor 2, the roof terrace on floor 3, not elevator. Outdoor kitchen on the roof

Especially the large and sunny south and west facing terrace with enough room for sunbeds, outdoor kitchen and dining areas is fantastic. Only 500 meters to Costa Blanca's stunning beaches, and cozy restaurants. Within a few kilometers there are also several well-kept golf courses. Two bikes are included.

Apartment on the beach with amazing view

Amazing view towards Mar Menor and La Manga from the 4th floor, first line to the beach. When you walk out of the building you just have to walk a few meters before you reach the beach. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. Air conditioning is installed, and in addition each bedroom and living room has ceiling fans. At the kitchen the tap has a water filter, this way you do not have to buy water, you can drink the water from the tap. Apartment painted in January 25.
