Il soggiorno è stato fantastico. Appartamento molto carino, pulito e fresco. In pochi minuti in scooter o in auto si raggiungono bellissime spiagge. Preziosissima Cristina che è stata sempre molto disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a casa e coccolati dall'inizio alla fine, ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed è andata davvero oltre ogni aspettativa esaudendo tutte le nostre richieste con gentilezza e cordialità. Potete andarci a occhi chiusi!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Erika war immer erreichbar und hat gefragt, ob es uns gut geht und ob etwas fehlt. Es war zur Begrüßung Bier und Wasser und Säfte vorhanden. Außerdem gab es Milch, Joghurts, Croissants etc zum Frühstück. Mit dem Auto kann man Cagliari und Umgebung innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten erreichen. Der morgen und Abendliche Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse war sehr angenehm. Alles war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

We SO enjoyed our stay here from beginning to end. From the excellent communication prior to check in, Luisa's welcome as soon as we drove up, to the comfortable villa, to the end of our stay, we felt very at home here. the beds, the linens, the sofas... all very comfy and homey. Hi Bronya & Antonello We have tremendously enjoyed our two weeks stay at your clean well-equipped apartment in Villenova Cagliari that was a most comfortable base for our planned exploration of the city and the more local area. You have been a most attentive host providing an accurate welcome pack that we referred to regularly for guidance ( bus 7 is a most interesting circular ride around the old citadel) with the market San Benedetto just 5 Minutes’ walk and cucina eat dining about 10 minutes away or an evening’s stroll up to the Bagni Pubblici di piazza costituzione and back about 90 Minutes. We recommend visitors using the bus service down load the CTM bus finder APP and purchase a 7 day ride card for 12 euros that can be topped up if required and get a hard map of the city as mobile signal strength can be a sporadic in the narrow streets. We used Get your Guide APP booking 3 major tours. Lots more to say but few characters left. Thanks Andy and Mandy. 45 years anniversary x

Casa com boas comodidades. Limpeza muito boa e a cozinha muito bonita. Apesar de no anúncio mencionar jacuzzi não estava disponível. A vila de Arborea apesar de pequena é gira com alguns edifícios de arquitetura interessante. As melhores praias ficam a alguma distância (entre 30 a 40 km). As praias mais próximas são pouco interessantes.

We had a great stay over here. Rita is a great host and very flexible. We only have one recommendation about the airconditioning; in hot periods it would be nice to have one in each room or at least a fan. Furthermore, everything was great!

We had the most amazing stay at Piera's home. She had a delicious tray of local Sardinian bakery items, fruit bowl, wine for our arrival. The view of the Mediterranean sea and coast is breathtaking. Piera has many beautiful flowers, plants, and trees. Her home is very special, lots of space with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, towels, bathrobes, washer, A/C, wifi, dishwasher, and kitchen. Walking through the garden to the beach is also special. We explored the area, hot springs in the Tirso River at Fordongianus, outstanding trip to the waterfalls at Cascata di Sos Molinos, ancient archeological site at the Sacred Well of Santa Cristina, hike to S'Archittu, dinner at PachaMomma, kayaking, listening to the bells on the sheep while they graze on a mountainside near Santu Lussurgiu, exploring the villages. Piera, Mario and family are wonderful people who ensured we had everything and more for our stay. Thank you so very much for hosting us and making us feel like family, Piera!

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Our stay Max and Davide’s apartment was lovely. The flat is clean, much bigger than expected and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for accessing town and the beach and on a quiet street. Our communication with Max was very good and he had gave us loads of recommendations and tips, and he let us leave our bags in a locked room after checkout when we had a late flight.

la casa di Stefano corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione ed è molto vicina ( 5 minuti a piedi ) dalla spiaggia del Poetto e dalla fermata dell'autobus per andare in centro a Cagliari , la casa è comoda e confortevole , provvista di tutto e con uno splendido giardino con tavolo esterno dove è possibile mangiare , da non tralasciare che Stefano ha due cani meravigliosi che starebbero in una zona separata , ma noi abbiamo chiesto di lasciarli liberi di venire anche nella zona dell'appartamento ed è stato divertentissimo interagire e giocare con loro . Mi sento di consigliare la casa di Stefano per una vacanza di mare in quanto davvero vicina alla spiaggia , dove ci sono chioschi che funzionano come bar e ristoranti in cui è molto bello mangiare o bere un drink al tramonto

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Appartement von Fabio. Direkt am Meer gelegen mit einer kleinen Terrasse, von wo aus man das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang schön beobachten kann. Im Appartement ist alles für eine Selbstversorgung vorhanden. Auch das Parken ist dank einem Parkplatz unkompliziert. Ein kleiner Strand, sauber mit kristallklarem Wasser, ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch das kleine Städtchen Portoscuso ist sehr nett. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen über einen Feldweg zu erreichen, dafür hat man die traumhafte Landschaft & Idylle der Natur um sich und ein riesen Grundstück. Man fühlt sich dort wie auf einer Ranch. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön und die beiden Terassen eignen sich perfekt für Familien mit Kindern, denn wenn es auf der einen Seite zu sonnig und heiß ist, ist es auf der anderen perfekt schattig. Das Haus ist super aufgeteilt mit den 3 Räumen und sogar ohne die Klimaanlage zu nutzen angenehm kühl, da immer ein schöner Wind geht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles ist soweit vorhanden was man braucht. Die Betten sind die besten, die wir jemals in einem Airbnb hatten! Wir haben geschlafen wie daheim, ein Traum😍 Top Kühlschrank! Gianfilippo ist ein super netter Host, der sich bei Problemen sofort kümmert. Wirklich toll vielen Dank nochmal für die schnelle Problemlösung!👍🏻 Wir hatten 2 traumhafte Wochen dort und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen❤️❤️❤️

Massimo was a great host to us who welcomed us at the house and showed us everything. Afterwards he even took us to a tour to the archeological park nearby, the church and the gardens. We were more then happy about so much hospitability. The house in a very quiet area, its a bit of an effort to reach it by car, but very relaxing to be there in the nature. We would definetly come back!

Host gentilissima, casa impeccabile (addirittura phon con diffusore, un’attenzione non banale). Super apprezzato il kit mare, utile per visitare le spiagge più belle in autonomia.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

Bel appartement avec une vue plongeante exceptionnelle sur la Méditerranée et la marina de Bosa. Activités de très grandes qualités à proximité: visite de Bosa, plages, route côtière panoramique en direction d'Alghero. Beaux villages à proximité. L'appartement est situé dans un village de vacances très calme d'où l'on sort sans la moindre difficulté pour profiter de tous les agréments des environs. Wir wollten Ruhe und das haben wir bei unserem Aufenthalt zu 100% bekommen. Die schöne Unterkunft und die Lage direkt am Meer sind einmalig. Das Taxiboot in die nahegelegene Stadt war abenteuerlich und ezwas Besonderes. Weil wir wussten dass wir unsere Fahrten jeweils frühzeitig anmelden und planen müssen war es für uns als Fanilie mit zwei Teenagern eine gute Chance miteinander zu kommunizieren und unsere Aktivitäten abzusprechen. Wir haben die meiste Zeit auf der Insel verbracht weil der grosse Pool und das Meer für uns alle das Highlight war. Wir haben den perfekten Zeitpunkt gewählt, es hatte kaum andere Menschen auf der Insel, sodass wir den Pool die meiste Zeit für uns alleine hatten. Luciana, die in der Wohnung nebenan wohnt hat uns mit einer köstlichen Parmecano und einem LimoncelloCrema Likör verwöhnt. Sie war so lieb und herzlich, das war ein echtes Geschenk und eine unetwsrtete Überraschung. Dalia war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Staying with Renato & Mary was a lovely experience as they have such a beautiful place and are really near to the lovely town of Bosa. Super friendly and always happy to help. We really appreciated the small touches of home grown veg for us to try. They also made sure there were key food bits in for us to use so we wouldn’t necessarily have to go straight to the supermarket which was very thoughtful. Marsha the on site dog was also a winner for the kids. Thank you for an amazing stay and would definitely recommended this for those staying in the area. Hopefully see you both again in future 😊

La casa è curatissima e chi ci ha accolto è stato fantastico sin dal primo contatto, fino al momento del check-out. Disponibilità, cortesia, cordialità. Per chi passa per Tuili (magari per un matrimonio nella vicina e prestigiosa location di Villa Asquer - 5 minuti a piedi - o per un weekend di tranquillità) consiglio vivamente di pernottare qui: la piscina è pulitissima, fantastica davvero. E tutta la struttura è ben arredata, curata, pulita e accogliente. Oltre che spaziosa (essendo due ampi piani). Consiglio solo una maggiore tempestività nelle comunicazioni via AirBnb, o, in alternativa, visto che la proprietaria non vive in loco, di lasciare un numero telefonico di un referente reperibile, per avere una maggiore velocità nelle comunicazioni (spesso fondamentale per l'organizzazione dei tempi e degli spostamenti in vista dei matrimoni, appunto, che spesso si tengono in paese). Torneremo sicuramente!

Sehr schöne Lage am Hang mit Blick auf Pool und Meer, Aussattung passt, Alessandro hat sofort auf Wünsche reagiert und extras ermöglicht. Nur die Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse könnten etwas bequemer werden, ansonsten super.

Overall, we had a great stay in Nebida and we definitely recommend this accommodation. Rita was very friendly and the house is beautiful with a stunning view. There are only two points of criticism from our side: Unfortunately, the pool was (very surprisingly for us) only open from 12-15.00, therefore we could not use it with our little daughter (because she either had to sleep or eat during that time). But we don't know if the new opening hours are new or of they change during the high season. Also, we had to wait 1 hour longer to check-in (which was communicated well and friendly on that day but not very easy with a little hungry child that had to vomit after a long drive).

Très bel endroit, les propriétaires Très discrets mais dispos pour répondre à nos questions. Juste le Wi-Fi pas top. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment un plus. Merci pour tout
