Holiday rentals with a patio in Torre dell'Orso

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Really nice stay in a nice clean home. Close to the center and with the possibility of free parking on the street just outside. Really nice courtyard where you can eat your food. The apartment is darker than in the pictures and the kitchen was missing a few things, such as knives, so you could cook properly. But all in all a recommendable place

Great host, great location (ground floor) directly on the rocky beach, beautiful small sandy beach 300 m away with management (Lido Pazze), great large, long and flat sandy beach about 3 km away - starting directly behind the port of Torre San Giovanni to Posto Veccio -, ideal for families with toilets and management. Crystal clear, turquoise water. The pizzeria is practically next door. 400 m away is a new, very good restaurant "Clanto" (5 Google stars) for Neapolitan pizza and Apulian cuisine The kitchen is very well equipped, vinegar, oil, spices, sugar, coffee…tools, etc. You can rent a boat in Gallipoli or Santa Maria di Leuca about 25-35 minutes away (the landlords in Torre S.Giovanni were not reachable). Very good starting point for exploring Ri Taranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Lecce. Unfortunately, we were far too short on site, but the apartment was only free for 3 nights... 😢 So far, we don't like the Adriatic side as much as the Ionian side

we were blown away with the apartment, the terrace and view were amazing, very well equipped with everything you need, check in was so easy, Tonia's communication was excellent, one problem, we wish we could of stayed longer.

A great apartment in a great location. It was a quick walk down to the marina and into the old town as well. There was a beautiful view of the sea and lovely garden as well. The host was very responsive and always made sure we had no problems. Check in and check out was very easy, and we were met by Alfonso for check in and he showed us around the apartment and explained how things worked. The apartment itself came with everything you would need; it was spacious, cool and clean. There is also a dedicated parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

A real gem! Very tastefully and carefully renovated house. Check in and check out with Marco totally uncomplicated. The location was perfect for me and has a very pleasant environment. Parabita is charming and a highlight for art lovers. Beautiful beaches nearby with water that fascinated me. Excursions to the surrounding towns were exciting for me. Very authentic. I am thrilled and will definitely recommend Marco.

we had a great stay in this villa, beautiful garden, spacious and well-equipped house and convenient location! Close to another 10 minutes by car but also to a supermarket and a bar a 3-minute walk away; but what made the difference was the host was always responsive and ready to solve any problem...upon our arrival there was a problem with the light probably also because there was bad weather but it was promptly resolved within 30 minutes plus we were also greeted with a small breakfast to apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you we hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay, It was everything we hope for and Luigi was a great host. Appartment was very cozy and clean with brethtaking, panoramic view from terrace. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Otranto it's a beautiful city with a lot of attractions, beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, bars and lovely people. We really recomend this place and would come back for sure.

Gabriele's house is a top find! We would have loved to stay even longer! The pictures don't even do it justice. Beautiful inside and outside spaces! Everything is spacious and clean, top furnished in garden and pool area, as well as kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms! The location is also perfect - full privacy and very peaceful but close to Lecce, the most beautiful beaches and cute little towns. Gabriele is such a great host! We felt immediately welcome! Gabriele made sure we had everything we needed and was easy to reach. Grazie mille ancora, Gabriele! Absolutely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The villa it is exactly how it looks in the photos maybe even better. We had a fantastic holiday and we will definitely come back. The place is it stunning and incredibly peaceful. We were traveling with our 3 years old daughter who absolutely loved spending time in the pool and garden surrounded by nature. Close by there are some of the most beautiful beaches I ever seen and very nice restaurants . The host is very helpful and responsive. Halfway through the holiday we were offered a complementary cleaning service that felt like a real cuddle. I definitely recommend choosing one of the properties of elements by istanti as they are looked after very well and nicely decorated and Cosimo and Letizia are always there to help trough the whole holiday.

Matteo's place was great! Walkable to the beach/marina, lots of different restaurants, old town, etc. We even found some hidden stair paths up to old town that made the trek easier since there's a lack of sidewalks. The place itself had laundry which was super helpful, and was very clean and spacious. No full kitchen, but the fridge, microwave, and coffee machine were all we needed. We don't speak much Italain, but Matteo's mom was still quite helpful with checkin, and Matteo was super responsive. Bonus, there were land turtles in the backyard, and a stunning view of old town! AC worked great too.

The accommodation is in accordance with the description. We had a very pleasant stay in a typical house of the region, inland but close to many tourist places especially on the coast. A quiet place to rest after a hot and active day, full of discoveries. Air conditioning in the bedroom is a plus. And above all, a sincere and warm welcome :-) Thank you for the little touches :-)

Great stay at Jacopo’s! Pros: Location close to train station & next to city center. Bed was comfortable. Spacious & modernized flat. Nice bathroom with big walk in shower. Washing machine available. Small outdoor area with foliage. Quiet street, slept well there.

Fantastic stay in nice part of Lecce within walking distance of the city center. Also perfect as a base for the Salento. Be sure to have a coffee at one of the authentic stalls in the street and don't forget to eat Pizza at Rosetta's. We will definitely come back.

Thank you Pasquale and Paolo for the welcome and the stay. Everything was perfect! The apartment already looked nice in photos but it was even better in real life. The decor, the shower, and the kitchen had been redone. They had planned everything necessary for our stay with our baby: changing table, baby bath, high chair, folding bed, blender for puree, stroller and even a parasol and 2 folding chairs (which allowed us to discover the sandy beach, 5 min walk from the apartment). Parking in the garden, sea view, fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and coffee machine with pods as well. Everything was very well thought out for us to have a good vacation. They even provided a map and recommended many nice places. The apartment was also very clean. We will be happy to come back for our next stay and 100% recommend their accommodation

Giacomo was very helpful, the house was very clean and well maintained, the patio and pine forest priceless with a view of nature. Also much appreciated by our little dog. Highly recommended

Masseria a Libeccio is a corner of paradise and relaxation, immersed in the Apulian countryside, a short walk from a wonderful sea and an uncrowded beach. The outdoor shower, barbecue area and vegetable garden available are really appreciated. The pool, accessible 24 hours a day, completes a “luxury” but never formal experience. Lastly, Antonio, the welcoming host. The only flaw is not being able to stay a few more days, but it's definitely a goodbye!

Roberta's apartment is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Lecce. Large, well appointed, well-equipped, with a beautiful terrace the apartment is peaceful day and night. Access with an elevator to the 6th floor is ideal. The neighborhood is ideal for parking your car, shopping at the Conad supermarket 200m away, and a bakery 100m away. Lecce is a very beautiful city and an ideal base for discovering Salento. I recommend the apartment and Roberta for her hospitality and good advice.

Well-located apartment near the historic center for walking. With private parking, good heating and a large terrace. One block from a supermarket. You can drive to Otranto, Torre dell'Orso, Castro for example. We liked it very much.

Wonderful location! Everything worth seeing in Lecce is walking distance. Sarita went over and above to make us feel at home. It can be loud out night but it didn’t bother us too much
