Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Torre di Bari

Per la seconda volta abbiamo avuto il piacere di poter trascorrere tre settimane magnifiche e pacifiche.e ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra un grazie particolare a Marcella e Angelo che ci hanno accolti come amici di vecchia data. Arrivederci Sardegna bella.

Renzo and his wife are absolutely wonderful hosts - incredibly kind, responsive, and full of wonderful recommendations - and the house is exactly as pictured, in a perfect location to explore S. Maria Navarrese and the rest of Ogliastra. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

Nice place in super quiet neighbourhood, and at the same time close to the center of the village. Manuela was friendly and responded quickly to our messages. It was also good to have a washing maschine and dishwasher during the stay. We had some challenges with the bed sheets at the beggining but the problem was sorted out quickly. I just wished we had better weather during our stay to enjoy the terrace with the view :).

sehr schöne saubere Wohnung mit mega Lage. ruhig, sonnig, direkt am Strand und nur ein kleiner Spaziergang dann ist man schon im Ortskern. Luisa war extrem hilfsbereit und hat und tolle Tipps gegeben. Einzigstes Minus die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig.

The house was lovely, Marco was there when I arrived to show me around and I ended up having a drink in the local bar/restaurant with him and a couple of his friends which was really lovely. All very easy and accessible.

Notre hôte Nunzia nous a donné des explications claires sur le lieu de rendez- vous où nous devions nous rencontrer. Nunzia et son mari nous ont montré l'appartement en détail et nous avons eu toutes les explications sur le matériel et le tri des poubelles. We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

Bei der Ankunft waren wir erst erschrocken, wie nah die Wohnung doch an den Nachbarn dran ist (im Hotel nebenan war gerade Abreise), aber wir waren allein im Haus und konnten so die Ruhe genießen und den großen Garten nutzen. Auch wir waren begeistert von den Katzenbesuchen. Der Fahrradweg zum Strand ist super angenehm und eine Seltenheit auf Sardinien. Auch zu Fuß Restaurants zu erreichen war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns in den Spiaggia Di Su Sirboni verliebt und auch das Restaurant mit Meerblick auf dem Weg besucht. Die Mosquitofenster waren wichtig, die Mikrowelle praktisch, alles hat funktioniert. Trotz der schlichten Einrichtung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls einfach und freundlich. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Der Blick ist wirklich wunderbar und schenkt sehr viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Wenn es nicht unbedingt ein Sandstrand sein muss kann man auch gut vorne zu den Klippen laufen und dort eine Runde Schwimmen und sich Sonnen. Die Lage des Hauses bietet auch eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.

we were 7 in the apartment, one of us took the sofa in the entrance. the apartment is well equipped and it is very convenient to have 2 bathrooms. all in all we had a good stay. the only important thing to know is that when the weather is cold (15 grad) and a bit rainy, the apartment is quite humid. the gas to heat the apartment comes in extra cost so that we decided to use it only when we did the laundry so that the clothes could dry. the communication with all4sardinia is super smooth :-)

Ivo is very helpful and kind host, he shared lot of useful information eg. place to eat, shop, local footpaths. Accommodation was very clean, well equipped, situated in very quiet area with seaview. Hint for cat lovers- you can expect regular, cute visitor 🐈 I can definitely recommend Ivo and his accommodation for your stay 👍👍

Sabrinas Unterkunft ist sehr schön, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man befindet sich direkt in der Natur, nebenan ein paar niedliche Esel. Sabrina ist sehr nett und hat uns auch Empfehlungen für die Gegend geschickt. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei und auch sonst war alles top. Super ausgestattete Küche, gemütliches Bett und eine schöne Terrasse. Wir hatten zur Begrüßung sogar frisches Obst, ein paar Snacks und Getränke.

Een heel mooi huis, rustig en privé gelegen in een wijngaard. Een auto is wel nodig om de omgeving te bekijken, maar op korte afstand van Cala Gonone en start van de wandeltocht naar gorrupu. Antonio reageert snel via de App en is heel vriendelijk.

Very great stay with a very nice host! No hidden costs and good services! The house is clean and close to the main street of Tertenia. It is important to note that you share the front porch/parking space with another rented appartment and that the street leading to it is narrow and difficult for a car to drive in.

Wir waren Ende September bis Mitte Oktober in einem der fünf Reihenhäuser (Nr.4) . Die Häuser liegen zusammen mit einer Villa auf einem eingefriedetem privaten Anwesen welches früher auch zur Pfedehaltung genutzt wurde. Das Anwesen ist zum Teil mit Palmen, Weinreben und exotischen Bäumen versehen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren wir die einzigen Mieter in der Anlage. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit sehr sauberen Zimmern, mit komfortablen Betten, der voll ausgestatteten Küche und der schönen Terasse lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Zutritt zum parkähnlichen Gelände erfolgt durch 2 elektrische Tore für welche man eine Funkfernbedienung erhält. Die Betreuung durch Michela war professionell und perfekt. Sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns in jeder Hinsicht unterstützt. Der Gärtner hat uns als Begrüßung eine ganze Stiege exotischer Früchte geschenkt …… toll! Wir können dieses Reihenhaus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen und werden vielleicht in den nächsten Jahren wiederkommen

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Il est très agréable et suffisamment grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme avec de la place pour stationner. Il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les activités, les abords ne sont pas adaptés pour se déplacer à pied. Le golfe d’Orosei au départ d’Arbatax est splendide ! Nous recommandons aussi la plage Lido di Orri, magnifique !

Petite maison en rez de chaussée dans la compagne paisible, la maison est très jolie avec un petit jardin magnifique, très propre, équipements cuisine très complet, meubles en bois véritable très rustiques et charmants, supermarché et pharmacie dans le quartier. Nous avons pu visiter la côte de Baunei en excursion bateau depuis le port de Santa Maria Navarrese à 30min en voiture du logement.

L'appartement est vraiment top: Très pratique même dans les détails et très propre. Rosalba est une hôte très amicale, dans la disponibilité pour l'aide à apporter. Cet appartement mérite ses 5 étoiles amplement.

Cala Gonone è una bomba, mare pazzesco e falesie a due passi, perfetto per arrampicare tutto il giorno. La casa comoda e pulita, ci si sta molto bene. Host super gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei anche domani, senza dubbio.

房东回复非常快，可以英语沟通，房子位置很好，步行十分钟就能到海滩，而且路上有大型超市。房子也非常干净整洁每个房间都有空调，还可以烧烤，并且房东十分友好，还帮我们联系车来回机场。非常值得入住！

Es war alles super. Das einzige was man wissen sollte, ist dass im Erdgeschoss eine total nette Bar ist. Dort war bis spät abends immer was los und je nach Wochentag war es ein bisschen lauter. Hat uns und auch unsere beiden Kinder aber nicht gestört. Hatten erholsame Tage in einer absolut empfehlenswerten Wohnung direkt am Strand. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge. Haben immer in der Nähe einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden.

Wir habe vier Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und war rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir habe und sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist super: zentral, aber ruhig, mit allem, was man braucht, in der Nähe. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Laura è stata gentilissima e l’appartamento era esattamente come descritto e visto in foto. Pulitissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio e super attrezzato con lavatrice lavastoviglie condizionatore e posto per stendere! La cucina è super attrezzata! Un soggiorno ottimo! È stato come essere a casa. Se tornerò in zona sicuramente lo prenderò in considerazione!
