La casa ha un parcheggio privato e si trova all interno di una grande villa con parco che arriva fino al mare.

Il prezzo comprende i consumi, la pulizia iniziale e finale. È previsto cambio biancheria e rassettamento della stanza ogni 3/4 giorni, a seconda della durata del soggiorno. Forniamo il necessario per una semplice colazione. Nel periodo da ottobre a maggio non si effettuano i servizi di rassettamento,cambio biancheria e colazione.

The beautiful and comfortable villa is located "100 meters" from the beach between Lido Bacino Grande and Lido Stella Maris. It is 2 km from Torre Lapillo and 4 km from Porto Cesareo. As you can see from the photo, it is surrounded by a large veranda, where it is pleasant to have lunch, dinner and relax. Its location is excellent: being just a stone's throw from the beach, it allows you to swim whenever you want and watch unforgettable sunsets!
