Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Magnifique séjour! Situé en pleine nature. Très belle et grande piscine entourée de lavandes et d'oliviers. Détente et déconnexion au rendez-vous. Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire. Giancarlo nous a donné de bons renseignements sur la région, les spécialités locales et restaurants. Très bon acceuil de Serena qui nous servait le petit-déjeuner chaque matin. Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

Wspaniałe miejsce w urokliwej okolicy. Piękny dom z tradycyjnymi elementami i równie piękny ogród z basenem, szczególnie świetnie wyglądający po zmroku. Cicho i spokojnie, bezproblemowy dojazd, mnóstwo prywatności. Bardzo miły gospodarz, zawsze dostępny i pomocny. Z pewnością wrócimy.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our hosts , Mina and Andrea were very kind and left us a fabulous welcome basket and even provided fresh eggs from their chickens . The house was very clean and we enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen. Lovely pool that was cleaned daily. Good central location for exploring the area with lots of experiences locally , pasta making, wine tasting ... Thank you for everything! 😎

Casa molto particolare circondata da piante di ulivo, mandorle e fichi (buonissimi da raccogliere e mangiare). La cucina è attrezzata bene e abbondantemente , con tante stoviglie a disposizione. Località tranquilla immersa nel verde con bellissimi tramonti in terrazza. Una bella vacanza!

Heerlijke Villa om te verblijven ! Zeer ruim, modern en luxe ingericht., waardoor we ons helemaal thuis voelde. De villa is gelegen in een rustige omgeving waardoor je volledige privacy hebt. Binnen 15 min ben je in Ostuni of andere leuke plaatsjes in de omgeving. Fijne bedden bij het zwembad, en diverse zitjes buiten. Wij waren met vier personen, maar ook met zes kun je hier prima verblijven en is er genoeg ruimte. De inrichting is geweldig, mooie meubels en kunst aan de muur, wij hebben hier genoten !

We stayed in mid-May and found this a beautiful place to stay, with both the tastefully renovated property itself and all the outside areas being clearly well maintained and cared for. Trullo Lilia is a peaceful and relaxing oasis yet only a very short drive from two lovely towns with a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also, we can’t heap enough praise on Viviana our Welcome Manager who provided lots of local info and help, as well as promptly sorting an issue with the water heating she brought to our attention on arrival.

Casa Greco is very nicely decorated, furnished and well equipped. It’s about a 10 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Ostuni. Mela was a very helpful and communicative host and responded quickly with our queries. Just one thing to note, there are quite a lot of steep steps within the property, so it might not suit everyone, but we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

Logement agréable en rez-de-chaussée, à 12 minutes à pied du centre. La terrasse et le parking sont un vrai plus. L’appartement est spacieux, joliment décoré, et Michele est très accueillant et serviable. Quelques petits ajustements d’entretien et d’équipement rendraient le tout parfait, mais nous avons globalement été très satisfaits de notre séjour.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Leonardo’s property! Nestled in a peaceful olive grove, the home offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We especially loved starting each day with an espresso on the patio, surrounded by nature and calm. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and an incredible value for the price. Just a short 10-minute drive to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach daily, while also taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby and in the charming downtown of Monopoli. Leonardo was a wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and extremely responsive. He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! Monopoli proved to be the ideal base for exploring the region. We took day trips to Bari, Lecce, Matera, and Alberobello—all easily accessible by car (which we definitely recommend having) We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Appartement idéalement situé pour le tourisme. Très bien équipé et décoré. Sentiment de dépaysement tout en étant chez soi. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Es una casita que no puede ser más romántica! En cuanto a ubicación súper bien, para recorrer los pueblitos. Es muy silencioso, privado y súper cerquita a la playa, tienes la opción de dos playas, las dos son hermosas y el mar es lindisimo. La enredadera de flores rosa a la entrada te atrapa. Tiene todo para que pases unos días increíbles, cuando llegamos olía delicioso , se veía y sentía todo muy limpio! Genial!

Francesco was great! The location was awesome and our sunrise morning on the rooftop was amazing. He went above and beyond as our bags were delayed by the airline. We had a tour set up the day the airline wanted to bring them. He allowed us to give his name as the contact and he met the air line courier at the location and brought our bags in! He was so great! Love everything about the stay and would recoomend it highly to anyone.

Très beau logement idéalement situé à quelques pas du centre historique d’Ostuni. Luz a été très accueillante et nous a offert du vin et de la bière à l’arrivée ! Aucun problème sur toute la durée du séjour (3jours). La sortie était flexible, Luz s’est montrée très arrangeante. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et remercions notre hôte de nous avoir accueilli !

The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus liegt abgelegen und ruhig inmitten von Olivenhainen und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Auf ein Auto ist man angewiesen. Das Haus hatte während unserer Zeit ein paar „Kinderkrankheiten“, welche aber durch die Vermieter größtenteils direkt behoben wurden. Die Vermieter waren sehr gut erreichbar & haben schnell gehandelt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben das Kochen im Freien, den Pool und den Pizzaofen sehr genossen :) lediglich Gardinen/Verdunklungen in den Schlafzimmer hätten wir uns gewünscht. Die Umgebung ist schön und bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten!

Lo que más nos gustó: La casa es realmente cómoda y muy linda. Los ambientes están decorados con muy buen gusto. Por su disposición es ideal para la privacidad de dos parejas, porque cada una tiene su cuarto y su baño en plantas distintas. La cocina no tiene horno, si microondas. Y está bien equipada. El patio exterior (individual para cada una de las 4 casas) cuenta con pequeña parrilla. La zona de la piscina es muy linda y el tamaño es cómodo para la cantidad de gente que puede albergar el complejo. El complejo está a 10’ en auto del centro histórico de Ostuni ofreciendo la posibilidad de disfrutar pasear por sus bellas calles durante las tardes noches y volver rápidamente a la paz y el silencio del campo. Lo que no nos resultó del todo bien:La casa es fría si la temperatura exterior no es muy alta, y al no tener conectado un sistema de calefacción; los aires frío calor de las dos habitaciones no son suficientes para calefaccionar el área de estar. La señal de wi Fi no es buena

Great location, excellent host and flexible check-in/out. We had to leave early (and unexpectedly!), and the host was very understanding!

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The kitchen in the apartment is the best and most thoroughly stocked we have ever experienced in our travels. Pierangelo is a wonderful host and do yourself a favour and have dinner at his restaurant Il Fico!

This is a very special place, a beautiful and comfortable house, gorgeous pool, and extensive grounds with lots of places to sit, read and relax during the day. A perfect place for three generations as there’s a separate studio apartment providing peace for grandparents, if needed! We were torn between wanting to explore the towns nearby, but also wanting to spend time enjoying the villa. Ale is a brilliant host. Thoroughly recommended.

L’appartement proposé par Marina était un petit paradis. Facile pour se stationner dans la rue, pièces lumineuses, terrasse très spacieuse, literie et linge de lit de qualité. La gentillesse, le sourire et l’aide apportés par Marina avant, pendant et même après le séjour ont été un vrai bonheur. C’est grâce à Marina que nos vacances ont aussi bien débuté. Anna and Alessandro’s beautiful villa was the perfect stay, The villa itself was exactly as pictured and absolutely stunning! Anna was extremely welcoming and very responsive to any and all questions, she gave us amazing recommendations for local restaurants and beaches to visit which we loved, The villa is perfectly located if you are travelling through puglia by car, central to Monopoli, Alberobello and Polignano a mare, and even great to day trip to Matera or Ostuni as we did during our stay Overall an excellent stay we would love to visit again :)
