Spiaggia di sabbia, sia libera che attrezzata, 800mt.

L’appartamento è sito a Roca Vecchia, marina di Melendugno (LE), località costiera del Salento. L’appartamento dista 50 metri dal mare e si compone di 5 vani: una camera matrimoniale, una camera doppia, un'ampia sala da pranzo con TV e Wi-Fi, una cucina, un bagno e due ampi balconi. Il vano principale è climatizzato e ciascuna camera è dotata di un ventilatore a soffitto. L'ingresso principale dispone altresì di un posto-macchina gratuito, video-sorvegliato, ombreggiato e facilmente accessibile.

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
