All'angolo il supermercato fornitissimo, personale molto cordiale, qui si ferma tutto, la vita rallenta, qui si rispira il mare e l'area dei campi salentini. A welcoming house, furnished with great attention to details, in the charming historic center of Matino, 10 minutes by car from the sea. Spread over three levels, with entrance on the ground floor, the main body on the 1st floor and the terraces on top. The house has 2 double bedrooms with relative bathrooms, plus a small single room with a sofa usable as a single bed. There are two kitchens, one inside and one on the terrace with a covered space for outdoor meals, both fully equipped.

Beach house - a few steps from the sea

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

One 1.60 m bed and two small beds that can be combined. 10 minutes from the sea Sta Maria Al Bagno by car, the water is wonderful 🤩🌊
