Charming little house in the middle of nature

Située dans un lieu-dit sur la commune de Léotoing, charmante petite maison individuelle, isolée, plongée au milieu de la nature. Calme absolu ! Elle comprend un salon avec un canapé d'appoint type scandinave, clim, un balcon, une cuisine équipée, une salle de bain avec WC séparé, un chambre. Départ de randonnée, VTT, pêche à 1km. Visites : Brioude, Blesle, Léotoing, Vallée de l'Alagnon, Lavaudieu, Val d'Allier... Autoroute A75 à 5km (sortie 20). Un seul chien de taille moyenne accepté.

In a quiet and warm setting, 38 m² fully equipped apartment comprising 1 bedroom + a sofa bed in the living room. Located in Auvergne in the heart of the Massif Central in the village of Lorlanges, bordering the departments of Cantal and Puy-de-Dôme. Village 2 minutes from the A75 highway (exit 21), allowing quick and free access to many Auvergne sites (ski resorts, hiking, animal park, etc.) and not far from UNESCO World Heritage volcanoes.

Here you will find calm and relaxation, surrounded by nature in the middle of the meadows, the terrace of the house will allow you to enjoy sunsets over the Cézallier and the passage of deer and other animals. Nature and hiking lovers will enjoy magnificent landscapes. We welcome riders and their horses (in paddock) The one-story, comfortable and welcoming house is made for a pleasant stay. You can shop in Blesle, located 9 km away.

If you like calm, tranquility and nature, our cottage is for you. We do our best to make your stay pleasant with the pool which is private to the cottage and accessible in summer from 10am to 7pm. We are close to Brioude with its magnificent basilica and painting exhibitions, 2 km from the highway with access in 45 minutes to the Cantal mountains or to the Auvergne volcano range, the Puy de Dôme. As well as 1 hour from Puy-en-Velay.

Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

Enjoy a stylish and new 1* rated place. The studio is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to the city center, close to various accesses. It consists of a 140 x 200 sofa bed with a comfortable mattress and has a bathroom with a small shower. Sheets and towels are provided. This beautiful single-story Studio (independent) of 20 m2, full of light, overlooking a terrace, is close to the A75 highway, it will allow you a stopover or a small peaceful stay with its 160*200 Queen size bed. There are country roads along the border. No animals allowed. Linens and towels are available.
