Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tortolì

Beautiful refurbished traditional country house in a very peaceful location between the olive trees, the mountains and close to the beach. We were given a warm welcome by Maria Francesca and her husband and great recommendations.

Marco's accommodation was great, very clean, with a very well-appointed exterior where it was very pleasant to enjoy the coolness of the evening. Well-equipped overall and pleasant setting. But unfortunately from the ground floor apartment where we were, we did not have a view of the bay as indicated. It is also difficult to get to the city center "a stone's throw away" except for great athletes! But if you have a car, the area is super nice with lots of activities

A big favorite for Gina's house! It is full of charm, atypical as we like, very well located (close to the most beautiful beaches on the island and the mountain! ), very well equipped (especially in the kitchen! Happiness for those who love to cook!). We loved using the grill and terrace! Despite the lack of air conditioning, we were not warm even in the middle of August. Gina is extremely kind and welcomed us very warmly! We felt right at home! Thank you very much Gina! We'll be happy to come back! 😊

Very good hosting; nice quiet house with a terrace; very clean

We had a great stay at Basilia's new place which worked brilliantly for our 10 day holiday with two young kids. The house is great - three good bedrooms, a lovely big well-equipped kitchen and dining space, a huge covered outside terrace, nice garden, a courtyard around the back, and a roof terrace too. The location was fantastic with a nice quiet neighbourhood all around, a good local beach less than 10 minutes walk down the road, and the superb Cea beach about 10 minutes drive away. There's also a good local supermarket in Bari Sardo, and even more options about 20 minutes away in Tortoli. This part of Sardinia requires some travelling to get to so a car is necessary, but we thought it worth the trip. Basilia and her family are friendly and helpful, and we hope to be able to visit again in the future, note that Basilia also rents out a smaller apartment next door which may offer up other options for family/friends. The accommodation is extremely gorgeous with beautiful views! It’s very private and remote from bigger cities, so to discover the island and its beaches a car is needed. The rooms, such as bathroom and kitchen were clean and well organised. With the windows open at night and the ventilation on, the rooms were chill. The host of the vintage bungalow is very polite and kind, he also respond fast to questions! I would totally recommend this hostel, to people who loves and enjoys a calm and peaceful atmosphere! The beach can be reached very well and the accommodation includes sun umbrellas! In the morning or evening a cat family often visits the veranda. The cats are very friendly to people. The property is green and also includes much space to park a car. There is also an opportunity to grill food. A 10/10 Stay in the beautiful region of sardegna.

We had the best time at the house! It’s in nature and so calm and charming. There are loads of beautiful Trees, Flowers and fruit bushes. The House was very clean, well equipped and the beautiful veranda was perfect for our dinners :) Andrea is very friendly and helpful and made our time there even more comfortable. Thank you so much for a great week!

A great place to stay if you want to explore Cardedu, the surrounding villages and beaches. The house is close to everything necessary for a longer stay and it has a very nice barbeque area. It is also very clean, has a good kitchen, nice bathroom and a terrass where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or have a night time dinner. The only problem we had was the last three days of our stay, when the waterheater seemed to malfunction a bit, resulting in no warm water. However, after my wife texted Barbara, asking her if there was something that could be done (it was almost 8 pm). Two janitors appeared after ten minuts trying to restart the waterheater, and got it working atleast for the night. She promised that she would fixed the heating system permanently. This is a great placed to stay, that we would love to come back to whenever we visit Cardedu again. Mile grazie Barabara!

We felt comfortable from the beginning, the communication with Sylvianna was quick and very informative. She gave us tips on where to go for traditional food and where to find the best beaches. The beaches were at most a 15-minute drive away, be sure to take a boat tour to the famous bays, we highly recommend the accommodation

Our hosts we're very kind& helpfull. The appartment is spacious,clean & has a very good bathroom (many places don't!). Although there's a bar adiacent the closest beach, we recommend the Sunset lounge (on the hill before the tower). Thankyou Marcella!

We enjoyed a splendid stay in this enchanted village where the people are generous and welcoming and where the pristine natural landscape is carefully preserved. Our accommodations were exactly as described and depicted. Our hosts were outstanding, friendly, helpful, honest, and generous. We enthusiastically recommend staying at this village for this who seek a Sardinian paradise.

If you want to stay in the bluezone town of Baunei, this place is perfect. The highlight was the balcony - one of the best views (if not, the best view) i've ever seen! There are two balconies - your private small one and the shared large balcony which we had to ourselves 99% of the time. A spritz, cheese and Sardinian bread with our friends on this balcony will be a forever memory on our Sardinian trip. A local grocery store with a deli of fresh bread and cheeses only a 30 second (maybe more, but felt very short) walk up the cobblestone street. We had two rental cars between us four, and Giovani was very accomodating - but lucky we had little cars. If you have limited Italian, I would recommend having google translate at the ready for check-in. A great stay and would stay here next time we are in Baunei no doubt.

We liked the place very much. We were particularly enthusiastic about the incredibly well-equipped kitchen - no holiday apartment we have been to has been so complete. The large, shady terrace with the beautiful view was also ideal for us with two small children. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. Communication was friendly and very accommodating at all times. The location is great - in two minutes you are at the beach, restaurants and supermarkets are also quickly accessible, and there is always parking right outside the door. Only the mattress could be a little more comfortable in our opinion. I'm sure we'll be back.

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Very nice villa in a quiet and private setting. The villa has a terrace and spa that makes the stay even better. Recommended. And I would come back

The accomodation is great and in easy reach of many great beaches and local attractions including the Gulf of Orosei. There is another flat below this one but the grounds are large and it didn't cause us an issue.

We had a great time in Sardinia. We loved the location of the house, close to the beach but also the mountain. The house is located in a quiet but very well connected area, close to roads with which you can quickly access the other villages. The terrace of the house is wonderful, perfect for morning coffee with a wonderful view. Sergio was always very kind and responded quickly to our questions. Definitely a place to go back and recommend!

There were eight of us at the property - four adults and four infants. we found a nice and simple place to stay. Ivo responded quickly and accurately to questions and was very flexible in terms of time - we were a little late at check-in and check-out, which was no problem. Thank you!

We had such a great time staying at this beautiful lodge outside of Orgosolo. The property was absolutely incredible with breathtaking views, local fruit from the garden and just a short drive into town where we got to experience the culture and beauty of orgosolo during their annual attuno in barbagia festival which we highly recommend. Someday we will be back.

Antonio's house is very well maintained, with spacious, beautifully furnished rooms, two large terraces and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the Oddoene Valley. At the same time, it is just a stone's throw from Dorgali, so supermarkets, bars, shops and the city center are in close proximity. But you don't hear anything from the city traffic. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Even better than the house was the host: We had a minor medical emergency right at the beginning of our stay, and Antonio was immediately there and took care of everything, organized a doctor's appointment, drove us back and forth and inquired about us several times afterwards. A super-superhost! :) We will be happy to come back and highly recommend Villa Isportana.

We had a lovely stay at Irene’s. A great and beautiful base to explore the area. We had a couple of issues (with the water and wifi) but Irene was responsive and tried to help quickly. Friendly communication. Thank you!

The house is well-designed and equipped and the surrounding garden and pool are delightful. We loved the sweeping views over the valley and up towards Baunei, a perfect location to while away the hours and appreciate the stunning nature!
