A great location for viewing the area. Anything further away is easily accessible. Really a location for a somewhat older audience. Patricia was a thoughtful remote hostess. We only had one question during our stay and it was answered right immediately. Recommended.

Spacious apartment, very bright despite the rainy weather and ideally located, a short walk to the beach. Perfect location to enjoy the calm at the end of the summer season!

Accommodation that perfectly matched our needs for this stay. Quiet at this time (May). Many services nearby. And above all, just a few steps from the beach! All the amenities we needed were there. I recommend it for a stay in Molliets.

Besides the fact that the accommodation and the neighborhood were very pleasant, the center of Biarritz is accessible in 15 minutes on foot for a good walker. We were a group of 8 and had a great week at Sylvain and Katia's. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable. The veranda room is very nice for large tables, for breakfasts as well as for. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The pool is beautiful, heated and well oriented. The immediate environment is quiet and the location of the house allows many walks both on the seafront and in the hinterland. Manon, very attentive, welcomed us very warmly and always answered our questions. Sylvain is always available and has great tips. We won't hesitate to come back!

Anoushka was great, she gave us a warm welcome and plenty of advice. We had a great time, between walking along the beaches, bike rides thanks to the bikes available with the accommodation. What is also important is the quality of bedding in addition to the calm, we slept very well.

Very nice house, spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets on each floor. The exterior is sublime and the outdoor kitchen (very functional) is really very practical and friendly. We had a wonderful weekend by the pool! Thank you Olivier for the warm welcome!

We had such a lovely stay. Suzie and Emeric were amazing hosts - incredibly flexible and helpful. The place is even nicer than the photographs. Just renovated, incredibly comfortable - really well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect for the restaurants and beaches in Bidart and Guethary. We would love to come again.
