It is located at the foot of the Stade Toulousain (notice to rugby fans) and close to the city center of Toulouse ; more precisely, 6 km from the Place du Capitole, 5 minutes from the airport of Blagnac, 4 km from the Purpan hospital, 5 minutes from Airbus and 5 km from the Zénith... The residence is closed, secure and wooded with swimming pool (closed sanitary reasons)
