Beaugency, family home with Loire view

Old house, completely renovated, with a view of the Loire from all rooms. Access to the city center 200 meters away (all shops and restaurants), Loire by bike, walks... Château de Chambord 20 km away. The house is accessible from Beaugency train station on foot, possibility to store bicycles in the basement or to park your car very easily. Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

House in the heart of a village. On the ground floor, 1 bedroom with private shower room. 1 toilet. An equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room overlooking a closed courtyard. Upstairs 1 mezzanine with 1 bed 140, serving 1st bedroom with 2 beds 90, another with 1 bed 140, a shower room with washing machine. 1 toilet. Baby equipment (bed, high chair, bathtub) Our house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Fiber wifi. Bed linen and towels not included in the rate (€7 per person)

Located on the road to the castles, between Chambord and Cheverny, come and recharge your batteries for a few days in the peace and quiet of our house, restored in 2019. On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Gîte de l'Établi - Air-conditioned - Fishing

Lieu unique au coeur des Châteaux de la Loire pour cette restauration d'un ancien atelier de menuiserie. Au centre de Cellettes, petit village traversé par sa rivière et comptant à lui seul 18 châteaux et maisons de maître. Proche de Beauregard 1km, Cheverny 6km, Blois 8km, Chaumont sur Loire 17km, Chambord 18km, Amboise 34km, Chenonceau 40 km, sans oublier le Zooparc de Beauval (un des plus beau zoo du monde). Les pistes cyclables Loire à vélo : également un vrai atout pour notre belle région.

Le Vieux Pressoir

Situé au milieu des vignes et en proximité des châteaux de la Loire, le Vieux Pressoir est un lieu de repos, de détente et de convivialité. Les producteurs locaux de vins, de fromages et de fruits et légumes sont présents. La Loire, les châteaux de Cheverny, Chambord et Blois, le golf de Cheverny (18 trous), le spa Caudalie sont situés entre 5 et 15 minutes du Vieux Pressoir. Le Zoo de Beauval est à 20 km. De nombreux circuits de marche et vélos sont accessibles à partir de la maison.

La location est situé au cœur de la Sologne dans une maison de 40m² refaite à neuf et toute équipée. Situé sur un terrain arboré et clos de 1500m2, cela vous assurera tranquilité et calme. Placée au milieu des châteaux de la Loire (Chambord, Cheverny, Chenonceau...), à coté de la Loire à vélo, et à 3/4 d'heure du Zoo de Beauval ainsi que de Center Parcs. La location comprend également un chalet sécurisé de 18m2 pouvant accueillir moto et vélos ainsi qu'une terrasse couverte de 15m2.

Le Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to Moulin de la Motte Baudoin ! This former windmill from the late 19th century is perched on its rocky promontory and will surprise you with its stunning views of the valley as well as the Château de Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher. The mill is spread over 3 levels and a mezzanine. On the ground floor, you have a small kitchen equipped with a wood stove, on the 1st, the bathroom takes place, on the second, the bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and finally a mezzanine under attic.

Cellettes is 34 km from Beauval Zoo ranked 4th most beautiful zoo in the world! You can also escape to the enchanting Loire Valley by taking advantage of the Loire Valley bike paths.

If you are looking for a place 2 hours south of Paris to relax, visit the castles of the Loire Valley or Beauval Zoo, this small village house is for you. Only for two people, this fully independent cocoon, without adjoining walls and without anyone opposite, will seduce you with its cozy side. This air-conditioned house has been completely restored and specially furnished for seasonal rental. All the shops and restaurants in the village are within walking distance.

The property, located 400 meters from Chambord National Park, welcomes you in a natural area crossed by the river "Le Cosson", from where you can discover the prestigious castles of the Loire, Beauval Zoo and its surrounding historic towns. We will welcome you to our home, whose garden with its different species of trees makes up an arboretum that promotes calm and rest. The swimming pool is available to the cottage and the 2 guest rooms.
