The cottage includes a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, shower, toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the park and 2 single beds, a mezzanine with reading corner. The place is ideal for recharging your batteries! Imagine a lovely 37 m² house buried in the rock, completely restored with eco-friendly materials. The cave does not have a mobile network. A terrace overlooking a garden in the middle of the woods where a stream flows. Not overlooked, the only neighbors are us. Hiking trails pass in front of this haven. Total disconnection in harmony with nature. A great place for Mindfulness Meditation.

This former 17th century barn, completely renovated in style, is located in a country setting, located just a 12-minute drive from the city center of Tours. Its access is independent of the owners' adjoining house. WITHOUT A KITCHEN, you will find the necessary comfort and can enjoy private parking, a relaxing garden area not overlooked and inside a fiber wifi connection. Suitable for tourism but also for business travel.
