We loved our stay at Nicolas’s villa. He was so helpful with any requests we had. The kitchen was very well equipped to dine in. Only a 15 minute taxi to both Nice and Villefranche Sur Mer. Would highly recommend for a group of 8

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property! The peaceful surroundings, waking up to the sound of birds singing each morning was the perfect way to start the day. The flat itself was clean, bright, and tastefully decorated. The views were stunning, every detail was thoughtfully put together to create a relaxing atmosphere. The pool is ideal for young children, while ours were just a bit too old (11&9) for its size, they absolutely loved the Jacuzzi instead. Our hosts, Clément and Laetitia, were fantastic, friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. We were delayed due to a long drive, but they stayed in touch throughout the day and made sure our late arrival went smoothly. The location was ideal for our visit to the Monaco F1, just 35 minutes to the Parking des Salines and then a 15 minute walk to the track. Close enough to enjoy the buzz of the event, but far enough away to escape the chaos and relax. Honestly, we couldn’t fault a thing. We highly recommend this Airbnb

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

- Overall: Very satisfied with the stay. - Space: There were two of us and we had more than enough space. There is enough space for a couple and children, but probably not enough for 2 couples. The "main" bed on the upper floor is rather narrow. - Location: Very quiet location, secluded on the slope, but neighbors who you can sometimes hear in the garden during the day. In the evening, you can hear frogs croaking. Approximately 20 minutes by car to Nice and 5 minutes to the village of Tourette-Levens, where there is a Spar, a bakery and 3-4 restaurants. Approximately 30 minutes by car to Monaco. Parking available. - Cleanliness: Everything is very clean. Enough towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. available. - Hostess: Very friendly and passionate. Even proactively bought croissants and brought them by on the first morning. Judith ensures maximum privacy for guests. - Pool: Large pool, filled with salt water (little salt), enough space for 4-5 people. - Minus points: outdoor shower by the pool and the WLAN have

Fred and Syviane’s home was something so special! Right in the heart of a unique hilltop medieval town without a lot of other options for reasonable accommodations and the home was so cute and well equipped. The most amazing and unique feature of the place was the rooftop terrace. It had the most spectacular view I have ever seen!!! It felt very exclusive and private, even in the middle of this touristy town. Fred met us at the valet check-in and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you for an incredible experience!!!

Frederic's villa is one of the best experiences we had on Airbnb. The location is very quiet and we enjoyed the awesome view on Nice. The house is in great condition, and a parking place is very handy given the parking situation in the city. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and helpful.

Stayed for 6 nights and absolutely would return again! Beautiful and well thought out apartment, perfect location, and extremely helpful and responsive host. Close to the town center and also close to Nice and Eze and many other day trip opportunities within only a short drive. The views from the apartment were simply stunning! We would highly recommend staying here for your trip to the south of France. Gated parking also available if you have a car! Can’t recommend it enough!

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

Nico’s place was in a prefect location. Close to everything- beach, Old Town, restaurants and shopping. It was super clean and beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you need a place in Nice.

I still can’t believe my luck finding this place! The apartment was incredibly clean and tidy, with everything you could possibly need - including extra blankets, beach towels provided, and a well stocked kitchen. And the view out the window is absolutely stunning! The restaurants in the village square were great, and the Renoir museum is close by and a must-see. I hope to be back one day!

Truly the perfect stay at Natia and Eric’s gorgeous apartment in Cap d’ail. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ there is not even one thing that we could wish to change about our experience - this Airbnb far exceeded any of our expectations! It is nestled in a lovely and walkable neighborhood, easy to access, and the apartment itself is perfectly cozy and nicely furnished with a coastal relaxing vibe. The balcony is gorgeous and to die for - the view is incredible and it is quiet and private and the breakfasts we enjoyed out there every morning will not be forgotten. I could go on forever about how friendly and helpful the hosts are. They are kind, proactive, eager to help, and we felt right at home. Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

The host was very easy to communicate with and provided clear check-in instructions. The house is modern, clean, and well-equipped. It’s about a 15-minute drive to the airport, with a taxi costing around €15. Alternatively, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the nearby tram stop, which takes you directly to the airport. Highly recommended if you have an early morning flight！

We were very enthusiastic about the warm welcome and hospitality of Sophie and her family. The apartment is very cozy and lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. It is in a very beautiful environment and everything is very well maintained. From here you can make many beautiful excursions. We will be happy to come back.
