The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Entire modern Tracy home

Whether you are traveling on vacation with the whole family or travel for work, our home is great place with recently remodeled, lots of natural daylights and inviting backyard for summer QQB and just relaxing. Our home offers a 3 bedroom, with 5 beds, each bed has memory form mattress, cozy and soft blankets and comforters. There is a 2 full bathrooms and a half bath downstairs. Our dining room is large and 2 spacious car garage and lots of parking on our drive way for those work trucks.

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Super quiet cozy tiny house. It’s in the backyard away from main house so you won’t hear anything from the street. Located in the best neighborhood of the town ( southern Tracy). Close to ACE commuter station. Walking distance to Rally’s ( grocery store) and many restaurants ( McDonald’s; Round Table; other Mexican, Asian and Indian restaurants etc) Plus, an Easygoing very friendly host :-) !

Hadel is a very accommodating host, she waited for me to check in late night and was kind to show me to my room. Home is clean and room is clean and comfortable as advertised. Only a 5 minute drive to the main center of the city.

I had a pleasant stay at Ashish’s place. Place was quiet and comfortable. It has good views and good neighbourhood. Initially I had Internet issue and Ashish was responsive and added a booster device to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend stay at this place.

Cozy Room with Shared Bathroom

I stayed for 2 weeks. When I arrived, everything was tidy, and the bathroom was clean however, it got dirty very quickly, which depends on how clean the person you share the bathroom with is. In my case, the person in the other room was not very clean, and that was reflected in the bathroom’s cleanliness. The place is inside a house, but the two rooms rented for Airbnb are separate, so you don’t cross paths at all with the people who live there. Recommended.
