A property with a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing outside the house, which has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. Nature reserves for walking and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our jetty can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

The perfect solution if you want to be able to enjoy the fresh air, and at the same time be close to the city. Accommodation at the lovely Tyresö Reserve. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim by the rocks. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Beautiful nature but still close to the city. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK each/day About 1 hour by car from Arlanda. City about 25 minutes. It is not allowed to have a party or friends visiting. The age limit is 25 years.
