My stay in the apartment was absolutely unique and exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, it was clear that the host Antonio pays great attention to detail – the apartment was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for both a short and long stay. The location turned out to be perfect – close to the sea as well as to the center and main attractions. A huge advantage was the access to a private sauna and jacuzzi, which made us really relax and feel like in an exclusive spa. It is an ideal place for both a romantic getaway and a peaceful rest after an intense day. The contact with the host Antonio deserves a special mention – a very nice, helpful and professional person who made sure that we felt at home. I can recommend this apartment with a clear conscience to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish and cozy place to relax.

We had a very nice stay in this unique apartment. The roof terrace was wonderful. Very good location in the old city and very welcoming hosts. The stairs was very steep, but also unique in an historical old house. We really enjoyed the nice and warm weather, and the roof terrace gave us the best holiday atmosphere.

A home located in a quiet neighborhood, where no planes or city noise can be heard, is a true oasis of relaxation. The quiet, privacy and beautiful surroundings make it possible to fully relax here. The building is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing to the neighborhood. Both the interior and the surroundings of the home are conducive to peace and escape from everyday chores. If you're looking for a place to really breathe and feel at peace, this place will surely meet these expectations.

A very nice place in nature that radiates peace. Due to the many trees and therefore shade around the house, it is wonderfully cool and we actually did not need the air conditioning. There are two, so if necessary, enough to get the house cool. So you can be outside without realizing that it is actually really hot. Castel del Monte is a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can take the shuttle bus for 2 per adult. There is also a nice place to have a drink/ice cream. Many picturesque villages in the area. In short: nice place, definitely recommended and super clean.

Alessandro's accommodation is impeccable in every respect. clean, comfortable, quiet, nothing is missing. This house is tastefully decorated with pretty antique and restored furniture. It feels good. The terrace for breakfast is a real plus Thank you Alessandro for this welcome. you can go there with your eyes.

Mariam's place is atypical because as very well described in the listing it is a very old house but perfectly suited for a holiday stay. The location and living environment are exceptional , we loved the proximity to the small port and the old town and we used public transport very accessible. The place is great for a couple with a kid. Mariam was attentive and we had a lot of information that made our stay easier and discovered the surroundings. Two areas of improvement can be reported: access to the listing was only possible at 5pm and not 3pm and the low water flow in the shower with a fluctuating temperature between hot and cold. We thank Mariam for allowing us to discover these beautiful places , their history, but also very good restaurants and wish him good luck!! We'll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay! Gianni is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. From the beginning we were given clear and detailed instructions, which made our stay even more pleasant. The apartment itself exceeded all our expectations. It is enormously spacious and has beautiful authentic elements that add a lot of character to the space. Super location in a lovely, clean, lively old town. Numerous restaurants within very easy walking distance which is a big plus as the apartment is not really set up to prepare meals. The apartment is a combo of modern decor with the very old attributes left intact. Space is large enough for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The little balcony is just above a boat launch and few meters from an area where you can sit and view the sea. Until you want to explore nearby cities like Bari or Monopoli, it is best to just park your car and forget it. The old town streets are definitely for strolling, not driving. All the neighbors know each other and sit outdoors and chat. Cleanest old town area I have visited. The only issue is that there is one a/c unit located in the downstairs living room and both bedrooms are upstairs and windowless. The fan helped but it was quite warm for sleeping during our stay and it must be rough during July and August or a heat wave.

The location in old town is very centric and easy to acces from basililca square. Rooms are beautiful and the view to a lively alley and the other to a majestic square and the sea behind it made us want to stay there in stead of visiting any tourist atractions. When again in Bari, this is the place I want to stay in.

Very well-kept apartment in the basement with its own small courtyard for sitting outside. Everything new and modernly furnished. We liked it very much, you were right in the village with shopping and dining options within walking distance. Parking is a bit sporty but still went well with VW bus.

Great! Great value

We were accommodated at very short notice due to a last minute flight cancellation. Angela greeted us at the apartment and was very helpful with local information. We loved the location and luxurious space. we would have liked to stay longer. would definitely stay here again!

The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

There was outdoor and indoor grill possibility too (there was few exhaust air in the kitchen)

We've been there for the fifth time now and what can I say, everything is great as usual. Thanks also to Emanuele. He was always there when we needed him. Really fabulous.

A special place, ideal for lovers of nature and tranquility. Surrounded by olive trees, it still has everything you need to stay well, even with a dog in tow. The driveway is white, so it's not paved, but with a minimum of attention it's not a problem. Host Francesca is very kind and always ready to give helpful suggestions.

A great holiday with a great host, very good home with all you need and want

Cozy, fresh villa (excellent patio for lunches and dinners), in a residential area suitable for those looking for tranquility. Excellent cleanliness, more than complete equipment (including equipment for the sea). Fenced garden, excellent for the dog, for those who want to leave it at home. Elisabetta, whom we thank, very kind, prepared, always available for needs.

Danilo’s place is in a private street, where no strangers can enter. This way it is a peaceful paradise for families. We visited in April and it was a bit chilly at night, but when we asked for extra sheets, they were delivered the next day. Super responsive host. Thank you again.
