We enjoyed the accommodation very much, everything is clean, you have plenty of space and the surroundings are also beautiful. The center is easily accessible. The contact with Sissy went smoothly and was pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

We were received very nicely! The pool was also well tempered and the associated shower had hot water if needed, sun loungers are also available. Pleasant for what little I stayed

everything was really GREAT !!! Markus is a great host and his parents are incredibly sweet and try to make sure you don't miss anything!! The apartment is equipped with everything you could wish for and what you might need! The highlight for our child was the bunk bed in the children's room 😜 For us, the projector in the living room! A mega-genial TV experience 🤩 The kitchen has everything, really everything you need and could need. Whether towels or extra blankets, everything is available! The location to the Bad Schallerbach spa (30 min) is unbeatable. To Linz and for chatting and eating (sushi,steak etc...) in the PlusCity (20 min) it is a stone's throw away. Beautiful St.Florian Abbey is around the corner! Parking in front of the house, enough space in front of the house to top, play ball and a trampoline in the courtyard, which we should have used at any time. Andy is an extremely friendly and helpful host. The room is functionally furnished and has a small kitchen and a Nespresso machine with capsules. The bed was very comfortable - I slept very well. The only small disadvantage: the bathroom is outside the room.

The apartment is spacious and incredibly well equipped. It's in a great central location, easy to walk toeverything. onsite parking is a bonus. Gert was great to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Linz, mainly because of of the apartment, a fabulous place to relax after busy days exploring.

Really great place in a calm neighborhood, but with easy accessibility to city center. Place is clean, spacious, there is a supermarket 3min walk, bus stop right outside the door. Communication with Julia was super easy and fast.

My husband and I spent a week in Marion's beautiful, cozy apartment. Very well equipped, spacious kitchen, large bed with good mattress. Indescribably beautiful view of the lake! You can't get enough of it! Marion and her husband are super nice and gave us many tips for activities in the area. A car is not bad for shopping, but everything was also easily accessible with our bicycles. Thank you for the relaxing days, dear Marion!

Alexandra's apartment is really enchanting. You immediately feel at home and Alexandra has really thought of everything. A highlight for us was the wonderful smell in the bedroom of Swiss pine and the many details in the apartment. We will definitely come back!

Great apartment for a few days in Waidhofen. We felt very comfortable right upon arrival. The location is great, you are right in the center and a public parking lot is also not far (cinema parking lot). Great view of the Ybbs.

We booked the apartment at short notice, as a small family, and were able to "move in" the same evening. Communication before and during our stay was great, fast and extremely helpful and friendly. We immediately felt very comfortable in the apartment and also in the house. It had everything you needed. A big thank you again to the great and dear landlady and her help. We will be happy to come back.

Amazing location with lots to do! Easy to get to the main train station to visit other areas of Austria. Accommodation was fantastic and very clean with a great view. Daniela was very responsive and easy to contact!

Our short trip in the apartment was a complete success. The apartment was very nice and especially perfect for our larger dog. If anything was missing, the landlord family quickly helped us. We are always happy to come on holiday to beautiful Austria!

We have been able to use Martin's cottage for a few days, in one word AMAZING. everything you can think of is present and clean. beautiful quiet clean environment large garden present .plus point is you have quite a lot of privacy in the garden .the photos correspond to what it advertises. we will definitely come back, we recommend it to everyone if you want to stay in Linz for a few days, book the apartment 😉
