In summer, at low water, there are beautiful gravel banks and opportunities to refresh yourself + waterfall. Guest house and village shop are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

Two bedrooms – one with a large double bed, the other with two single beds and a cozy bay window that invites you to read and relax with wing chairs. The bright kitchen with dining area offers direct access to the small terrace overlooking the garden. Here you can start the day with breakfast in the countryside or let it end in peace.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Unser Chalet liegt direkt am Traunsee und bietet eine überdachte Veranda mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den See und den Traunstein – der ideale Ort, um in Ruhe zu entspannen. Im Winter könnt ihr am nahegelegenen Feuerkogel Skifahren und Schneeschuhwandern, während der Traunsee im Sommer zum Schwimmen, Segeln und Surfen einlädt. Mietet ein SUP und erkundet den See auf eigene Faust – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis direkt vor der Haustür!

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.

An apartment with charm in an idyllic location on the southern shore of Lake Traun. The villa dates back to the 19th century and has been renovated by us with much love and made into something special. The style of that time has been preserved And an extraordinary place of rest & relaxation has been created. The garden with plenty of seating invites you to linger and relax.
