Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Newly built in 2022 and lovingly furnished, everything is available to feel comfortable and relax. Whether on foot directly from the wooden house, by bike into the nearby beautiful landscape or by car to the many lakes or in the mountains for hiking or skiing, only 6 km from Traunstein, this apartment is the ideal base camp.

I am happy to make my house available to nice people to explore the beautiful Chiemgau. My house is lovingly equipped with everything important. In the idyllic garden that borders directly on the Mühlbach, you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The house is suitable for families. It is located below the historic town square (elevator 5 min). There are nice cafes, restaurants and shopping. The train station and bus station are only 10 minutes away.

Our apartment is 3 minutes walk from the Traunsteiner train station, in a quiet location, as well as 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shops for everyday needs are also a few minutes away. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed and single bed, which when not used, can be used as a sofa; small kitchen with all necessary utensils...if you need something and it is not there, just let us know

Old forester's house in the middle of beautiful Traunstein

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A walking distance to the city center with its markets, cafes and beer gardens. In an hour you are in Munich. It takes 30 minutes to get to Salzburg. Both are easily accessible by train. The train station is a 10-minute walk from our house. Chiemsee, Wagingersee - 10 minutes by car :-)

Holiday in an idyllic location with unobstructed views of the Bavarian Alps. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house and has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room with sofa bed and a bathroom with separate toilet. Large south-facing balcony!
