Between Munich and Salzburg, in the heart of the Chiemgau, 15 km from Lake Chiemsee, lies my apartment in the duplex style. On 68 square meters you will find everything for a short break or an extended hiking or cycling holiday. Start your day with breakfast on the fully furnished balcony, or end it on the deck chair in the communal garden. The apartment was partially renovated in winter 2019/20 and is tastefully furnished. Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just about a 15-minute walk from the town center. In the summer, children play in the street, and people stroll past in a relaxed manner—an agreeable, established neighborhood with plenty of charm. Here, you can unwind wonderfully and enjoy a relaxing evening on the bench in front of the house after work.

Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
