Apartment with family bed in a central location.

The apartment was renovated in 2020 and completely refurbished in the process. It accommodates up to four people and is super centrally located. If you like action, the river promenade is about 2 minutes away. If you prefer a calm place, the flat is located on the second floor and has a peaceful roof terrace overlooking the garden. Walking to the train station (connection to Lübeck) takes 5-10 minutes. Although you can't see the water, you can see the big ferries from the bedroom window.

Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (1.80m breit) und viel Stauraum für Ihre Sachen ausgestattet. Weitere Zimmer (zweites Schlafzimmer Doppelbett 1.60m breit) liegen direkt über der Hauptwohnung im Dachgeschoss. Die Wohnung eignet sich daher perfekt zum gemeinsamen Urlaub von mehreren Generationen.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.
