Das Appartement liegt im hinteren Seitenflügel des Altstadthauses in einer ruhigen Gasse. Im unteren Bereich des offenen Studios lädt ein (Schlaf-)Sofa zum Verweilen ein, eine Küchenzeile bietet Raum zum Genießen kleiner Mahlzeiten. Eine schmale Wendeltreppe führt in den Schlafbereich unterm Dach, in dem ein kuscheliges Doppelbett zur Verfügung steht, direkt dahinter gelangt man in das kleine, moderne Bad. Eine gemütliche Alkove über dem Bad bietet eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für Sportliche.

The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

Die Ferienwohnung (Maisonette über drei Ebenen) liegt direkt in der Innenstadt vis à vis der Katharinenkirche (Backsteingotik ohne Glockenturm). Das 70m² große Ferienapartement (zzgl. 18m² Dachterrasse) befindet sich in einem alten Lübecker Bürgerhaus inmitten der Altstadt. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Einbauküche, neuem Duschbad, Gäste WC und Dielenfußboden ausgestattet. Die neue Einrichtung unterstreicht den Lübecker Altbaucharme.

Good shopping, weekly market, cinema and restaurants are quickly reached. The old town island can be reached on foot (enjoyably) via walking paths along the Trave. Via the Herrentunnel you can quickly get to Niendorf /Timmendorf or Travemünde.
