GARDEN WITH DECKCHAIRS, COVERED DINING AREA, BARBECUE, RELAXATION AREA WITH SMALL STONE POOL (5X3 METRES, 1 HEIGHT) AND LOTS OF NATURE 10 MINUTES BY DRIVE FROM THE SHOPS VERY RELAXING, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SONG OF BIRDS BETTER DON'T COME HERE! The house is on two floors with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a kitchenette. It can be accessed from 2 entrances with 3 parking spaces. WIFI coverage. A home surrounded by greenery with a relaxing atmosphere within walking distance of Trebbia. My family and I will be happy to host you alone, with friends or with your whole family. Our Border Collie Leo is very good with people and children but does not like the presence of other animals, especially male dogs and cats. For this reason, we can only reluctantly accommodate female dogs. A 50-meter private road leading to the banks of the Trebbia is also available for guests.

It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
