Boat rentals, paddle board and kayak rentals, put-put golf, museums, parasailing, arcade (for that rare rainy day) charter fishing, bike rentals and the Treasure Island Beach Trail are just a few of the nearby activities. The Tampa Bay Rays game is only a 10-15 minute drive. Only steps from the front door, located just across Gulf Boulevard is access to the beach. Popular John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk (dining/shopping/entertainment) is just over a quarter-mile away. Treasure Island is known as the sand sculpture capital of Florida, and hosts the annual Kite Festival & Sport Kite competition (one of the largest in the US). This updated and comfortably furnished house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and easily sleeps 6, with 2 queen beds and 1 queen pull-out. Amenities include parking (which is a premium on Treasure Island), Wi-Fi, DVD player, kitchen stocked with pots/pans and dishes, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer & dryer, bed linens, towels for bath and beach, and use of beach chairs/beach toys. Rinse off at the outdoor shower, enjoy the catch of the day, while you grill and relax with outdoor table and chairs.

Relax in the heated pool, have a cookout with the grills and screened waterfront cabana, complete with TV and minifridge, and watch the sunset or fish on one of two docks as dolphins frolic in the warm Gulf waters around you! It is Key West Style, 1 blk from the Gulf of Mexico with no thru traffic. This isle is only 3 mi .Sunset Bch is about 1 mi. Built in 1929. There were only 3 other hms here. It has been updated. The bath rm is VERY small. Cubicle shower, toilet ,and sink. I also have a hot and cold shower behind the garage. It has high ceilings with wood beams. 30inch flat screen TV with highspeed internet, Full kitchen, and there is a futon in the living room. No Cable . I do NOT allow dogs unless Preapproved .
