Great property overlooking the beach with plenty of space for a group of 6-7 guests!

Exactly what we wanted for a two night stay for 6 adults and 2 babies! Location was great and Brandi even accommodated an early check in.

We loved our stay! Beautiful area with a great view. Super easy access in and out and parking! Easy walk to the beach, especially with small children! We highly recommend and will stay again on our next trip!!!

We loved our stay, family of 4 Beautiful view of the water and wildlife. My boys were able to fish off the dock, kept them busy when we were tired out from our excursions each day. Great cold air conditioning to return to after being out in the heat. We saw dolphins just about every time we went out on the patio. Highly recommend and would stay again!

We had a wonderful family vacation at the beach! Aaron was responsive to our questions prior to arrival and was very accommodating to us! Great beach location and beautiful home. We used the beach chairs, coolers and plenty of towels provided! My kids enjoyed the welcome basket with chocolates! Thank you we will be back!

What a great stay! Everything in the condo was just as pictured, very clean, easy to access and also walkable to restaurants. I loved the convenience of the having the beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach itself is beautiful and quiet. I would definitely stay again!

Just as advertised. Beautiful condo that had everything you needed. The location was perfect. With easy access to the beach and pool area is everything you could ask for. Watching the sunset from the gulf facing balcony was AMAZING!!! We would certainly comeback and stay there again. We highly recommend it!!!

The condo was great. Our favorite was the location to the beach and pool. There is a staircase that leads to the beach and pool right outside the condo units door which made it so easy with kids. The building is super clean and well maintained and its location to all of the things locally was great! The condo was nice and accommodated our family well. The best thing about our stay was how kind Carla was. We had a couple minor things that needed attention while we stayed. She was gracious and kind and so quick to respond. We’ve stayed in other places over the years, managed by companies and they don’t care as much about the property as when you stay in someone’s personal unit. We were so glad to have stayed in this unit and to have stayed with Carla and Andrew as our hosts. Additionally, flying to a beach vacation can be daunting because you need things you can’t fly with. Their condo had all we needed. Chairs, towels, umbrella, toys, etc. it made flying in easy and less stressful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

This studio was a perfect and cozy little spot for my fiancée and I. Literal steps to the beach, ice cold AC, super clean, and very close to tons of shopping/eating/drinking spots. I would absolutely book this rental again for another weekend getaway!

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

My daughter and I went for a relaxing beach vacation. This place was in the perfect spot. A very quick walk to the beach and in driving distance to many restaurants and shops. The parking around the whole building was very easy and we never had an issue to find a spot. She also gave us a virtual parking pass for our whole stay. We loved the size of this place and the beds and pillows were so nice and comfortable. The shower to rinse off from the beach is right outside the entrance of our building which was nice. The pool was great as well and it felt spacious still even when other guests were in it too. Plenty of seating and umbrellas by the pool. Sarah had chairs and an umbrella for us to use too which was awesome as we flew here and couldn’t bring our own. There was also beach towels for us to use as well. We will definitely stay here again!

The place looks even better in person and was well equipped with everything Needed for a perfect beach getaway. Maria provides beach umbrellas, chairs, toys , boogie boards , beach cart. Balls ⚽️. The only thing you need to bring is your sunscreen and bathing suits 😀. Great location, beach across the street and great Mexican restaurant next door. I will definitely be coming back!!!

Great spot for visiting Treasure Island with the family. Very nice beach with cabana rentals, the Beach Bar was perfectly located with great staff, and the entire property was well-maintained by the onsite staff. The room accommodated our family with teens nicely and we were able to make nice breakfasts and lunches in the kitchen. Dinner places are all around but recommend taking an Uber to avoid sparse parking at some places. Downtown St. Pete's nearby is great for a break from beach with good shopping, nice restaurants, and our favorite the Dali Museum. We want to book again next year. Thank you for your hospitality

The place was just perfect! It was so clean and a great location, it’s on a stretch of beach that doesn’t get too crazy busy. The staff at the building were just as great as the host ! Would 100% stay here again

What an awesome stay! Lana was so communicative and we loved everything. It was great having all beach equipment available, as well as coloring books for the kids and even charging cables to borrow! LOVED the access to fans and noise machines. The location was perfect, and so quiet and clean. Lana made amazing accommodations when our plans changed and ensured our stay was comfortable. It was just a minute away from the beach, and we walked to a new restaurant every night. HIGHLY recommend for your beach stay!

This place isn’t just on the water, from the balcony it feels like you’re in the water. Awesome location in a mostly residential area at the end of treasure island. Perfect because the beach isn’t overcrowded. Condo is adorable with pristine coastal vibes and has everything you need! Host is super responsive and helpful.

Enjoyed my stay in Treasure Island at the condo. It was perfect for my son & I. Appreciate the messages from the hosts prior to arrival, the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the beach supplies, stocked kitchen, waters in the fridge and local recommendations. The location is great with beautiful surroundings. An easy walk to restaurants, stores and beach. Check out the Foxy Cafe for breakfast...soo good! Looking forward to my next visit to the gulf & returning to the condo. Thank you Megan & Scott!
