We had a lovely stay at the cottage, the views are outstanding! The cottage itself had lots of space both inside and out. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay! Had everything we needed and more - super cosy and space was not an issue. We even had some treats, milk and water waiting when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Definitely recommend staying here and we will be back! :)

We had the most incredible stay at this property. The views alone were some of the best we’ve ever experienced, with the deck overlooking the sea. The beach is a short walk down the cliff side from the property (the walk back up is a workout to say the least, especially on a boiling hot day!) and a stroll across the sand couldn’t have been more peaceful. Christian was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions. This is the perfect place to switch off, with bedrooms with great views and a spacious living room and kitchen. The only thing we’d suggest is possibly bringing your own essentials, such as milk, butter and cooking bits as local shops are about a 15 minute drive. Overall we can’t recommend this place enough, we really needed to reset after a hectic few months and we finally managed to here for which we are so grateful.

From start to finish this apartment was perfect. Great location, thorough instructions, which made it all so easy. Loved the apartment which was so beautifully decorated, everything had been thought of scones, tea, coffee, milk, jam and cream. Soaps, gel and all kitchen necessities. Great to have beach towels and chairs. Bed super comfy. Loved the automatic closing velux windows which made it so airy. Piping hot water. Lovely to have coffee (and pods) also tea. The flowers were also a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Slept super well and thoughtful to have given us a lower tog quilt for the hot weather. Loved our stay and was sad to leave. Great bakeries and all day breakfast diner nearby and enjoyed copper fish bar. We used the car park outside for the weekend but for £6 less per day there is a bigger one over the bridge. Recommend the beyond paradise tour on trip adviser.

Absolutely beautiful building in a beautiful location - lovely 2 mile woodland walk to Looe if you fancy it. It’s even more beautiful than the photos show. Very clear instructions provided by the host for getting there and getting in. Very easy to get to grips with all the facilities and the hot tub was lovely! Definitely recommend to any couple wanting a getaway for some peace and quiet. Could easily work from here remotely if needed with very decent internet speeds, though no mobile signal is worth noting. Found it just slightly expensive per night for the property size but imagine the platform fees factor into that and the hosts deserve to make back their incredible investment.

Wow what a fantastic apartment. It a really large, beautiful furnished/decorated with lots of small touches that the ladies loved. I particularly liked the kitchen which was very well appointed with everything you could need. The beds are huge and super comfortable. The open plan living area I’d right up our street! The location is great for exploring the local area, Looe only 15 minutes drive away, a train station 25 minutes walk and a super vineyard 40 minutes walk. When you first arrive the small lanes leading to the apartment are a little daunting, however luckily there are only a few cars driving around.

Gorgeous cottage , beautifully renovated . Cosy but functional . Hot tub was lovely to come back to after a long walk . Peaceful location but within easy drive of Fowey . Would definitely come again.

We stayed in two places during our Cornwall trip, and I wish we had booked this one for the entire week. It’s peaceful, with beautiful views, farm animals nearby, and birdsong in the morning, such a calming experience. The hut was spotless and fresh, especially the bathroom. Verity was lovely and responsive. On our third day, we noticed the sheep had moved elsewhere, and after we mentioned it, Verity kindly had them brought back in front of our hut, such a lovely gesture! We were also allowed an early check-in, which was much appreciated. The location is great too: close to supermarkets, Looe Beach (16 mins), and the Eden Project (30 mins). One thing to note: the listing showed pots and pans, but there weren’t any. Verity said they don’t provide them so I assume this may have been a listing error from Airbnb. But they do have a microwave, toaster, and kettle. We had a wonderful 4-day stay and would definitely return. hopefully with our cats if pets are allowed in the future!
