Typical and charming renovated Breton fisherman's house, quiet in a cul-de-sac. It is ideally located, close to the beach (250 m), shops and port (100 m). Life inside/outside this house is highly appreciated thanks to its enclosed garden, terrace and the green wall that surrounds it. It has a south-facing terrace where you can spend your summer evenings around the barbecue or other nice relaxing moment. Put down your suitcases and your car, and do everything on foot or by bike.

Elle héberge maintenant des amis, des artistes et des voyageurs de passage. Sans vis à vis et à deux pas du littoral, c’est un cocon idéal pour profiter de quelques jours dans le Pays Bigouden et dormir sous les étoiles. Plus près de la mer ? impossible ! Par beau temps ou sous la tempête, peu de gîtes en Bretagne offre une telle proximité avec la mer et le large. Le Département du Finistère ne s'y est pas trompé : il a classé ce lieu en Espace Naturel Protégé. Cette maison divisée en deux gîtes, appartenait à mes arrières grand-parents : mon arrière grand-père, Le Youtar de son surnom avait commencé la pêche à l'époque ou l'on ne pouvait naviguer qu'à la voile ...
