We rent out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and room for both large & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilities - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100 meters from the beach and about 500 meters to the swimming jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost place & there are shops, restaurants & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more pearls and beaches along the coast. PLEASE NOTE: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

Cabin 200 m from the beach in Beddingestrand, just one meadow in between. Newly renovated kitchen and living room. Heated large above ground pool on the plot that can be used from midsummer to the end of August, 6 beds in the main cabin and 4 in the guesthouse. Close to restaurants, mini golf and tennis courts. 4 adult bikes are available to borrow. There are also beach toys, kubb, beach chairs, and barbecue. Cleaning is not included without the cottage being left clean and in the same good condition as when you check in.

Our home is a unique blend of rural tranquility and family-friendly comfort, a charming Skånelänga with coarse ceiling beams, hot tub under the stars, outdoor kitchen and a blooming, secluded garden. There is 1 double bed, 2x 90 cm bed, 1 crib, 1 crib, possibility of air mattress, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub), Wi-Fi, Fenced and safe for children. Close to beaches, farms, playgrounds and Malmö. Electric car charging is available (for a fee). Pets are not allowed due to allergies. A place to land, enjoy and remember.

The house is the perfect place to take a relaxing vacation by the sea. With 6 sleeping places, the house is ideal for a larger family who wants to enjoy a shared holiday. From the large garden of the house, you have an astonishing view of the ocean. Enjoy the sunsets with a cup of coffee or take a walk along the beach which is only 100 meters away. The 6 beds in the house are divided into 1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms and 2 single beds in the guest house. There is also the possibility of 2 extra beds.

Lovely traditional farmhouse from 1850. The house is approx 130 m2 with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and a big livingroom with a kitchen island and fireplace. The guesthouse has a separate entrence, garden and bbq-facilities. You will also have access to plenty of social areas (shared) such as our beautiful enclosed garden, the newly renovated sauna+relax, wine cellar, gardenhouse or the warm outside spapool. The house is kids-friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, toys and boardgames.

Make memories at this unique, family-friendly getaway for up to 10 people. The main cabin is 50 m², with a 25 m² annex connected by a walkway. Enjoy a sauna, hot tub, and a peaceful beach just 200 m away. In summer, a restaurant and ice cream bar are right next door, with fresh bread available each morning. It’s perfect for families, friends, or work retreats. You can also book a fun “Make Your Own Bonbons” course—great for quiet hen nights, team-building, or cozy group activities.

Beach house in Trelleborg

A modern minimalistic villa just 30 meters from the ocean. It is a modern villa with all the equipment you need. The neigbourhood is quiet and calm. You most often hear the sea, but beside from that it is completely quiet. Most often you have the beach here for yourselves and it goes for miles in the eastern direction. There is free parking for 2-3 cars outside. It is close to the centre of Trelleborg and close to the Harbour. Smygehamn, Ystad and Österlen is a shorter drive.

It is the perfect place to relax close to nature, just 2.2 km from the sea.
