Nice house with proximity to the beach

We rent out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and room for both large & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilities - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100 meters from the beach and about 500 meters to the swimming jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost place & there are shops, restaurants & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more pearls and beaches along the coast. PLEASE NOTE: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

A little piece of paradise... That's how it feels when you step into this amazing house that is nestled behind chalk-white sand dunes on a large natural plot by the sea. The house, in well-preserved original condition from 1961, has an unpretentious elegance and is at the same time so ingenious in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson, who designed it together with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner, who had this as a summer house. Here he could retreat and enjoy the tranquility.

Privat uteplats på 15 kvm. Dubbelsäng 160 cm (2 vuxna) Bäddsoffa 120 cm (1 vuxen el. 2 barn) Tillgång till uppvärmd pool och bastu finns på området för 100kr/vuxen/dag och 50kr/barn/dag Inom gångavstånd hittar ni restauranger, golfbana, minigolf, utegym, lekplatser, glasskiosk och livsmedelsbutik

Villa centrally southernmost Skåne

Fridfullt och centralt boende med trädgård som en egen oas. Centrum och centralstation nås på 5 min, stranden på 12 min med cykel. Endast 15 min till Näset, 25 min till Falsterbo och Malmö. Huset är 135 kvm inkl. källarplan med bastu, biljard och relax. Ett sovrum (familjesäng och 2 bäddsoffor som bäddas ut till dubbelsängar). Ett badrum och en toalett. Pool april–oktober. Under sommaren ansvarar gäster även för lättare skötsel av trädgård, pool och vattning av blommor. Huskatten chilli finns

Located a short bike ride from the stunning white sandy beaches (3km south), and Öresund, popular w. wind-/kite surfers (west). The apartment is on the top-level of my house, private entrance and garden area, BBQ, fireplace, sauna/spa, and balcony. Equipped with the essentials, a small, yet practical kitchenette (w. refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic kitchenware) The bedroom has a double bed, extra foldable beds, baby bassinet, and there are 2 loaner bikes...

We would like to welcome you to our cottage to make new beautiful holiday memories. You have only 200 meters to the beach with white sand which is the best of Sweden at least if you ask us! The beach is child friendly and so is our cottage. Of course also your dog should be a part of your holiday dream! The cottage is allocated very close of a lovely restaurant, ice cream bar, tennis and golf. The best of all - here is hot tub and sauna! Amazing. Isn´t it?!

Strandnära villa med lummig trädgård

Härlig familjevilla med bara drygt 150 meter till Östra stranden. Bara 700 meter till Dalabadets camping med restaurang vid havet. Fin uteplats i trädgården med tillgång till grill. Busshållsplats drygt 50 meter utanför dörren och en bussresa på drygt 5 minuter in till Trelleborg C där tågen till Malmö går. Tillgång till två cyklar varav en med barnsits. Sängar finns för fem vuxna plus tillgång till två spjälsängar. Perfekt för två familjer!
