With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit there and enjoy the sea breeze!

House built in 2017. Located in a nice and calm area between the sea and rural landscape. Amazing views. 600 m to sandy beach and tennis courts. The house is modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Grocery store within 2,5 km. If you do not cook there are two fine restaurants within 7 kilometers and a local restaurant within 400 meters. Golf course, grocery store and pizza restaurants within 2-2,5 kilometers. We will communicate via this site.
