Nice villa with ocean view and 400m to golf course

Welcome to our house. Here you can rest in our non isolated room with an ocean view while your kids play in the garden or the pool (open May-Sep). If you play golf the course is only a 400m walk from the house. Skåre beach is only 1,5km away, 2 mins by car or 20 mins walk (on a traficated road) so with small children we recommend to take the car. If you enjoy barbecue we have two options, charcoal and gas. Please note if it is raining outside there could be leake in the outdoor room.

A short walk from the charming fishing village of Smygehamn is this little house by the coastal road with a large green garden and proximity to both the sea and beautiful scenery. With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. Låna gärna lådcykel (el) med plats för fyra barn för att ta er till en av Sveriges vackraste stränder. Det finns även vuxen- och barncyklar i olika storlekar. På mindre än 10 min når ni stranden och på cykelavstånd finns även restauranger och affärer. Nära Skanör, Falsterbo, Malmö, Köpenhamn. Katter finns vanligtvis i hemmet.
