South facing, the house has a garden of 500m2 not completely enclosed for now, being developed in a small quiet subdivision. 100m2 of the total surface area - 90m2 accessible guests. The garage is accessible if needed for access to the washing machine or to store your bikes, surfboards, or other belongings.

Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.
