Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

A charming farmhouse set in 10 hectares of land, in an enviable position with exceptional views, the sound of the village bells drift across the valley. To be enjoyed at any time of year. Search for orchids in Spring; laze by the (shared) infinity pool in Summer; enjoy roast meats and chestnuts in the fireplace in Autumn or cozy up next to the Christmas tree with family in Winter. Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few minutes away by car or 20 minutes walk.

In the heart of Trémolat, a medieval village known for its cingle and panorama, sits the Lucie des Escales Périgourdines cottage. The optimal location for a visit to the Périgord Noir, also allows you walking access to restaurants, bars, village markets. The newly renovated cottage offers all the modern comforts including air conditioning. The quiet bucolic garden consists of a private pool, a terrace with a relaxation area, and a dining area with a barbecue. Come and discover it!

Gîte de Malivert is located in the village of Paunat, at the confluences of the Dordogne and Vezere The 147m2 gite is a freshly renovated longhouse with sobriety it consists of a large living room of 57 m2, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with queen size bed, 1 with 2 twin beds), 2 bathrooms In the garden, you can enjoy the private pool and a dining area with barbecue The Malivert cottage is ideally located between Périgueux, Bergerac and Sarlat

Le Petit Abri is a short stroll from the centre of Tremolat, a pretty village with lovely restaurants. Originally a Perigourdine barn, it has recently been sympathetically renovated to create a beautiful one-bedroom gite. During July & August we normally accept bookings for a minimum of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, but please contact us for availability.
