Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. A 100 m² apartment on the outskirts of Friedrichsfeld awaits you, with three bedrooms for up to 6 people. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped. In the modern sauna bath with rain shower and also in the second bathroom, soft towels are ready for you. The spacious living/dining room invites you to linger with its large TV and leather sofa. There is also a covered balcony with seating in your apartment. Your four-legged friend is a welcome guest by arrangement.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

The Mediterranean-style house "Bella Vista" is located on a sunny viewing platform over the lake, in the middle of idyllic nature, directly on the Jungle Trail and offers a fantastic view far over the lake, to the castle of Waldeck and the mountain ranges of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. The apartment "TOSCANA" is the "Kronjuwel" of the three apartments located in the house, which is elegantly and elegantly furnished.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature.
