Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Equipped terrace: 1 parasol, 1 table, 2 chairs and 2 deckchairs. Wi-Fi. Parking for 2 vehicles closed by automatic gate.

Small apartment/outbuilding, completely renovated, in Pompignac, 20 minutes from Bordeaux. Ideally for 2 people. In a quiet environment, you will have access to the terrace to enjoy the outdoors. We have animals on the property, cats, dog and chickens and unfortunately do not accept additional animals. Regarding your arrival: depending on the time, I may be working. Self check-in is sometimes possible.

Have a drink on the balcony and go down to dinner on the docks! 3rd floor, no elevator. Difficult to access area by car, public paid parking.
