We were pleasantly surprised by the little community there and especially the restaurant when we arrived rather late. Our hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely rebook.

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

We cannot say enough great things about my stay at Sophie’s place — it was truly exceptional from start to finish. Sophie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive, making us feel at home the moment we arrived. Her hospitality set the tone for a warm and relaxing experience. A lovely, well equipped house in a very quiet neighbourhood. A really well kept garden and a fabulous covered pool. A 10 minute walk to a Boulangerie and supermarket, and about a 15 minute walk into St Lo. Highly recommended.

2-night stay spent during a weekend with friends in the accommodation offered by Cécile. Clear arrival instructions, very good welcome and explanations about the accommodation. Very good level of equipment, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bedding, in short everything was perfect with, icing on the cake the indoor and heated pool which is a real plus after a day of sightseeing in the area. I would definitely recommend this place to stay!

We loved our stay and enjoyed the location. Only issue is uber is very limited and no bolt so make sure to use local car rental or taxi services.

Very clean and very well arranged accommodation, we had a great weekend. The small downside is perhaps the absence of a telephone network, so you have to plan your stay and the museum schedules in advance, otherwise it is difficult to do it on the spot. But at least we've disconnected!

This place is so charming! And Laurence was a kind, gracious and responsive host. This is a quiet area, especially before the tourist season starts. It was a great place to enjoy the history and beauty of the area. Was glad I chose it.

Spacious, comfortable cottage. Ideally located by car to explore the area, with all the main attractions within an hour. A car is essential for getting around, but it's a great starting point for visiting the surroundings. The hosts are warm and welcoming.

In one word; magnificent! The kids will be talking about our weekend for years! The horse and donkey were their goto when we came back and before we went on our day! They love the donkey and were heartbroken when we had to leave. The location is great. Close to Omaha beach and all activities there, but also close to the highway, so you can easily visit other landing beaches.

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.

An informative detailed plan for the DDay beaches was provided by Francois. lovely flat perfectly located for easy walk into Bayeux. there is a Saturday market 5 mins away, typically French. Our host was always happy to help with info and advice. we will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends.

Loved my stay at Martine’s house. This was my first Airbnb and what a pleasure it was stay here. The communication from Fred was fantastic so thank you for being so attentive! Self check in made things super easy and allowed me to visit numerous sites and museums on my way down the coast from Calais. The estate is very quiet, peaceful and beautiful - the house backs onto fields. All amenities were great, loved the kitchen and all furnishings! Many thanks
