This property is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable! We loved our stay. There was plenty of room and having so many bathrooms was definitely a plus. This was a great home base for our Cornwall adventures!

Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

Beautiful traditional Cornish cottage located within a very peaceful village but only 10mins drive from loads of beautiful beaches. Added benefit of a hot tub which unfortunately we didn’t get to use with a 2 year old in tow! Would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful time.The location of the property is great for exploring and the setting so peaceful! The pictures perhaps did not do it full justice as it was even better!being in a bath over looking the countryside was next level! Clare was very clear on the whole process of how to get to the property,check in,ideas for places to visit and things to do.The personalised written message and goodies are special touches that mean a lot so thank you!cannot praise everything about our stay enough!we hope to be back!X

A fabulous little hideaway perfect for dogs! Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing break! The secure garden meant the dogs could roam freely and every detail was thought of. The house was immaculate and really comfortable and a great central base for exploring Cornwall. We WILL be back!

The cottage was cozy and charming. We loved every minute of our time there and were sad to leave. So close to the port and near various restaurants, shops and foot paths. Highly recommend a stay in this lovely cottage!

Perfectly and centrally located. It takes 1 min to walk to the harbour! Lovely inside with everything we needed. Our only slight negative was that there was no firewood. We had two days of torrential rain during our first 2 days and we felt cold. It would have been nice to put the fire on but no biggie - there were plenty of blankets and the shower is nice and hot. The cottage is next to a side street pub but we didn’t find it to be a disturbance. Lovely stay, would definitely come back to.

Super friendly helpful hosts with a great cottage with everything you need for your stay. Comfy bed. Top notch power shower. Nice coffee machine. Cottage is edge of village with some fabulous views. Quiet and comfy accommodation. Walkable (5 minutes) friendly locals pub in village. Walkable (10 minutes) Spar supermarket and the lovely Kay’s Fish and Chip shop. Thanks Jim and Lyn. This was our second stay at Sharon's barn and we will definitely come back again. It's in a great location, has all the bits and pieces you need for a week's holiday and is incredibly comfortable. the bed is very comfy and we slept soundly, waking ready for a walk to the beach for a swim.

Jago's Loft is genuinely luxurious: spacious, with elegant decor which aptly fits its maritime setting. Beds and sofas are just so comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you'd never thought of to help you live easily and conveniently. There is a small sunny patio outside the French doors for outdoor living. Alison was readily helpful while rigorously leaving us our privacy. The cottage looks on to a small shared space with lovely garden borders and a long view through to the harbour and the lines of picturesque cottages across the estuary in Falmouth. The 2 mins walk to the out-of-this-world village shop just 2 mins walk away gave us opportunity to commune with the family of 6 small cygnets who frequent the harbour with their parents. We are not drivers, but trains go all the way into Falmouth and the local bus service is excellent for a rural community.

We had a great stay here in the village of Sticker. It is on the main bus route from St Austell to Truro, so was very easy to get to from the train station (which is next to the bus station). Steve & Sue were very welcoming and helpful, and the cottage had everything we needed for our 12 day stay. There is a pub and a village shop/post office a short walk away, so very convenient. We hired a car and found it very easy to get about as we were so central. It was lovely to come back after a day’s sightseeing to the peace and quiet of our cosy cottage (and sit in the garden when the weather permitted!). We would not hesitate to recommend Steve’s cottage!

What a lovely cottage in a great location. Everything you could need was here with the addition of treats left by the owner Michelle to welcome us. Very comfy bed and practical wet room. Nearby the Miners Arms 2 or 3 minute walk away was an added bonus for drinks and food. We can highly recommend this characterful cottage and its owner Michelle. Thanks again Andy and Kate

This place was incredible and the photos do not do the views justice. It is in the perfect location for exploring the north coast of Cornwall, close to the camel estuary and the coastal paths and no more than an hour to St Ives and the south coast as well. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you should need for time away. Great to have the barbecue to cook on as well. Everything was spotless, the showers were strong and hot, and the bonus for us was the outside shower so that we could wash dogs easily after their escapades on the beaches. The supermarket is a short drive away in Wadebridge. Wr recommned walking on Watergate bay at low tide, coastal paths from Rock to Polzeath, around Trevose head to Booby bay, Fistral beach to Crantock and beyond, swimming in Porth, Crantock and Harlyn beach. If you want to visit Padstow and St Ives go early for parking and to avoid the crowds. Thank you Cate and Ben. We will be back.

After struggling to find the place( I had 2 satnavs and niether could find it) I called Katherine and she directed me to the cottage. It met all of our needs my only minor observations are that it lacks emergency information ( Dr etc). The sofa was a bit low for me and I would have liked a screen in the bedroom but otherwise we totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you

This place is OUTSTANDING.. Home from home, beautifully furnished, pretty enclosed garden, comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen & really close (7/8 minutes) to the most beautiful beaches. I literally could not recommend this property more. Thank you Darren, we will definitely be booking again.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous cottage! It is a beautiful cottage and perfect walking distance to the pub at the bottom of the road! The house is bright and surprisingly spacious! The conservatory and the garden are a sun trap and we spent a lot of time there.. our daughter took her first steps in the conservatory so it’s a very special place to us! The hosts are responsive, clear and very friendly. Port Isaac is a lovely little village and everyone was so lovely. A gorgeous cottage in a spectacular part of the world!

Great house located just a short walk away from the beach at Harlyn Bay. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a family holiday

What a stunning property, beautifully kept grounds, modern decor and cosy feel. It was lovely, quiet and private, a real retreat. Joseph as host was really accommodating and responsive. We’d stay again in a heartbeat, thankyou

Port Isaac is beautiful location and Paul’s place is exactly as described, within a one minute walk of the main harbour. The home is an old cottage. It is three stories tall with a beautiful slate roof. The stairs in the home are very steep. Upstairs you’ll find one bedroom with a small double bed and on the second level two bedrooms with four single beds. We were very grateful to use Paul’s car park. It is about 15 to 20 minutes walk (up Hill )away, but this is very useful as parking in the village is difficult. Access to the house is tricky, however Paul supplies very detailed instructions and if you follow these instructions exactly, they will lead you right down into the harbour which is just a few seconds walk to the front door. I’d recommend this property to anyone who had a reasonable level of fitness, can climb steep stairs, and does not have very young children. You cannot beat the location and the village is one of the most beautiful in Cornwall!
