Spend a few relaxing days in Cremona without sacrificing independence and comfort. Music-inspired details, cozy spaces, well-kept rooms and a subtle blue theme will accompany you during your stay. The central location makes the house the ideal starting point to visit the entire city. Violino azul is not visible from the main street because it is inside a period setting, typical of Cremona. The house is independent and on two levels. The lower floor is accessed from an independent entrance inside a small courtyard. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a fireplace and a smart TV (Netflix subscription included). The kitchen and bathroom are adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is new and equipped with all appliances, a dishwasher and a washing machine, much appreciated if you stay longer. Going up a staircase you reach the upper floor where there is a large double bedroom and a small terrace. In the double bedroom, a crib can be added on request, included in the price. Guests have access to the entire house. I live and work near the house. I'll always be available for whatever you need during your stay. I'll personally hand you the keys.

For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

The house, arranged on two floors, offers on the ground floor a kitchen with a wood-fired oven and basic appliances, the dining area and with the living area there are two stone fireplaces. On the first floor two bedrooms: one with a double bed, terrace and dedicated outdoor bathroom and another with double bed, single bed and en-suite bathroom. Outside a large terrace and a garden.

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Cascinetta is a short walk from downtown, with free parking outside the property. Ground floor: garden, porch, fully equipped kitchen with large living/living/work area,bathroom.
